• Scope of work may include design, simple video animation, copywriting and content curation.
• Projects will include, but not limited to the following:
  1. Alliance Medical Centre Marketing Campaigns.
  2. Evoque Medical Aesthetics Marketing Campaigns.
  3. Alliance Medinet/ MyFamilyClinic Campaigns.
  4. Social Media channels including FB, LinkedIn, and IG, Tik Tok.
  5. Other ad-hoc campaigns.

Job Description

Individual to be involved in:
1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote upholstery filling products.
2. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
3. Plan and oversee advertising and promotional campaigns.
4. Manage digital marketing initiatives including social media, email campaigns, and website content.
5. Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective sales materials and support sales efforts.
6. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and achieve business goals.

Job Requirements

1. Ability to conduct thorough market research, analyze data, and interpret trends to inform strategic decisions.
2. Proficiency in digital marketing channels such as social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
3. Deep understanding of upholstery filling products, materials, specifications, and manufacturing processes.
4. Experience in using CRM software to manage customer relationships, track leads, and analyze customer data.
5. Skill in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to measure marketing campaign performance, ROI, and other key metrics.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively within a manufacturing environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Assist the Director in all matters relating to the project department

2. Accountable for successfully leading projects in collaborating with all disciplines within the business.

3. Lead the project department through all stages: design, tender, construction, completion, including post-award management of Contractors.

4. Perform or vet submission by quantity surveyor on taking off and cost estimate of tender for new projects.

5. Perform or vet submission by quantity surveyor on tender documents, which include drafting contract/specification clauses, evaluating and providing recommendations for tenders, and awarding construction and procurement contracts.

6. Perform or vet submissions by quantity surveyor, external consultants on contract administration matters, such as assessing contractors' claims for progress claim, variation works, extension of time, cash flow report, final account and handling of contractual disputes.

7. Verify all contractual correspondences related to the project

8. Any other duties assigned by the Director, Operations Department.

Requirements:

a) Motivated individual with sound knowledge in construction contract law & standard building contract forms

b) Good knowledge of the construction industry with past experience in main contractor firms

c) Possess strong personal & negotiation skills and leadership qualities

d) Ability to demonstrate a strong affinity for innovation will be an added advantage.

e) Possess good analytical skills, & able to work in a dynamic & fast pace environment to meet critical deadline

f) Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying or equivalent

Responsibilities:

1. Leadership & Management

• Oversees the day-to-day operations of multiple dormitories
• Leads and manages a team of dormitory staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management
• Develops and enforces operational policies and procedures to ensure optimal management

2. Operational Oversight

• Ensures compliance with all applicable regulations and conformance to organizational standards
• Ensures facilities are well-maintained through regulation inspections and preventive maintenance
• Coordinates with external vendors and service providers for timely repairs and services
• Manages bed space allocation to optimize occupancy in accordance to organizational policies

3. Resident Services

• Fosters a positive living environment by addressing resident needs and concerns promptly
• Develops and implements programs and initiatives to promote the resident well-being
• Oversees the resolution of conflicts and issues within the dormitory community

4. Financial Management

• Prepares and manages budgets for dormitory operations
• Monitors financial performance and implements cost-control measures
• Manages financial records and ensures timely collection of payments

5. Compliance & Safety

• Ensures adherence to health, safety, and security protocols
• Develops emergency response plans and conducts regular safety drills
• Maintains compliance with local and national regulations

6. Community Engagement

• Promotes a sense of community among residents through organized events and activitiesActs as a liaison between the dormitory residents and other authorities / agencies

7. Reporting & Analysis

• Prepares regular reports on operational performance, resident satisfaction, and financial status
• Analyses operational data to identify improvement areas and implement strategic changes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Building/Real Estate/Facilities Management or any other related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in residential or property management
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Advantageous with strong knowledge in FEDA Licencing requirement
• Capable of managing emergencies and stressful situations effectively
