Job Overview
Our client, which is a top 20 IT Consulting firm in Singapore, is seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the IT and Digital Services industry.
This is a "farmer" role, focused on nurturing and growing business opportunities within a defined market, rather than a "hunter" role focused on new acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at the C-suite level
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to tailor solutions and services to meet clients' evolving needs
Sales Process Leadership
Drive sales processes from initial contact to successful conclusion
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and sales goal achievement
Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and quotations to clients
Account Management
Manage and develop major and critical customer accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying additional business opportunities
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support
Market Research and Analysis
Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitive analysis to inform strategic plans and drive business growth
Collaboration and Communication
Work closely with Operations, Delivery Teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, including Technical Solution Pre-sales and Delivery teams
Sales Documentation and Compliance
Ensure accurate and timely production of sales documentation, adhering to company policies and processes
Requirements
Education and Experience
Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
Minimum 6 years of experience in Sales and Business Development in the IT Services industry, with a focus on B2B sales
