Duties of Social Media Marketing Manager:

• Identify and engage influencers (nano, micro, macro) and content creators to align with company goals and projects.
• Maintain and grow relationships with influencers through ongoing communication and outreach, expanding into new demographics.
• Strengthen partnerships with talent via mailings, gifting, and brand initiatives.
• Work with teams to exceed targets in revenue, engagement, and follower growth.
• Manage influencer marketing budget and forecast, optimizing strategies based on business needs.
• Track and analyze the success of social media campaigns using KPIs.
• Develop and manage an influencer calendar for all social channels.
• Stay updated on trends in social media, influencer marketing, and emerging platforms.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in relevant discipline
• More than 5 years of experience in handling social media platform, typically Fashion Retail Industry
• Possess a rich network of KOL/ Influencer for branding purpose

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Advertising Assistant to support our team in strategizing and executing paid campaigns across various digital platforms, including Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles and be able to collaborate effectively with team members to achieve campaign objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assist in the development and execution of paid advertising campaigns on digital platforms, following strategic guidance.(Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok etc)
• Read and comprehend campaign briefs to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Provide direction on copywriting to ensure messaging is clear and effective.
• Work alongside the creative team to provide strategic input that guides ad design.
• Review all creative materials, including copy and visuals, to ensure they align with campaign objectives and uphold brand integrity.
• Provide instructions for ad configuration to optimise performance.
• Monitor and analyse ad campaigns across advertising platforms, reporting on key metrics and performance indicators.

Requirements:

• Comprehensive knowledge of marketing principles and strategies

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

§ Collaborate closely with Senior Brand Manager on the implementation of key marketing programs.

§ Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, including product launches, promotional events, trade shows, and corporate events.

§ Schedule and coordinate meetings with internal stakeholders to align on event objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

§ Gather and incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders to improve event planning and execution.
