Responsibilities

• Research, formulate strategies, develop and execute social media always-on content and social-first campaigns
• Manage various social platforms to identify and leverage trends for maximum brand impact (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, XHS, Lemon8)
• Manage, create and publish high quality content
• Liaise with designers and other departments to ensure content achieves desired business and marketing outcomes for our clients
• Analyse stats and create reports
• Stay on top of latest social media practices, trends and tools
• Work closely with clients to achieve content goals
• Manage a budget and run paid ads for social media posts
• Lead team of junior content planners and strategists.

Requirements:

• Masterful wordsmith
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Degree in Communications, Digital Marketing or Business Management with relevant specialty
• Min. 2-3 year experience in relevant social media or content marketing role
• A proven track record and strong understanding of all social media platforms
• We’d also consider knowledge in Notion, Canva, Adobe Ps and Ai a plus

Job Description

We are looking for a versatile and results-driven Brand & Marketing Manager to lead and execute end-to-end marketing strategies that support our business objectives.

Marketing Campaigns

• Act as the primary marketing partner for business units to conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns that align with KPIs.
• Collaborate on strategic initiatives and ensure timely execution of marketing activities.

Event Marketing

• Plan and execute events to enhance customer engagement and support client acquisition efforts.
• Organize and manage events such as webinars, conferences and roadshows that engage existing customers and attract new prospects.

Digital & Performance Marketing

• Develop and optimize performance marketing campaigns to drive leads, conversions, and ROI.
• Leverage digital platforms to target key audiences.
• Track and measure the success of campaigns, events, and initiatives.
• Present insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness and ROI.

Social Media and Content Creation

• Oversee social media strategy, ensuring engaging content and strong audience engagement.
• Plan and execute content creation, copywriting and basic artwork creation/editing.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Branding, Performance Marketing and/or Communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to analyse market trends and customer insights to drive effective marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in tools such as Emplifi, Google Ads Manager, Appsflyer or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Experience in A/B testing and optimizing creatives and landing pages.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and generate innovative ideas.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Versatility to adapt and take on ad hoc responsibilities that may be outside the prescribed JD.
• Independence and ability to think strategically and critically.
• Meticulousness, especially when it comes to the vetting of marketing deliverables
