You will also work on project management to deliver major Trust and Safety product changes. When it's safe, travel between our global offices is expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage successful and effective project execution, including planning, implementation, scheduling, monitoring, and handover within specified timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Oversee project budget controls, track expenditures, and implement strategies to reduce project delivery costs.
• Review and analyze contract documents and drawings. Communicate and negotiate with consultants, clients, authorities, and contractors on engineering, contractual, and project implementation matters.
• Monitor overall productivity and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards, as well as all applicable permits.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress reports to stakeholders.
• Define roles and responsibilities clearly for team members and ensure their deliverables meet scope and schedule requirements.
• Supervise and guide team members to ensure compliance with project standards and objectives.

Requirements

• A degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB), Singapore, is an advantage.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant project management experience in the local construction industry.
• Proven experience in managing at least one full project cycle with a project value of $50M or above.
• Prior experience with LTA and PUB projects is preferred.
• Strong leadership, planning, interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while meeting high standards and deadlines.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and driven by excellence.
• Proficient in MS Project.
• Candidates who can start work on short notice will have an advantage.

Responsibilities

· Lead and spearhead Public/ Government Service business development activities

· Plan, develop, and implement policies and strategies for the organization's growth and diversification in the local market

· Drive efforts to expand market share within Singapore

· Conduct research and analysis of business opportunities, assess potential local markets, and develop projects for new marketing initiatives

· Evaluate projects through financial feasibility studies, market research, and planning

· Collaborate extensively with other departments on local projects and developments

· Provide strategic direction in business expansion based on a thorough understanding of business administration procedures and legal requirements

· Monitor the activities of external and internal parties to achieve business objectives

· Investigate the feasibility of setting up new business ventures to agreed business and legal standards

· Communicate and interact with government regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and protect the company's interests

· Monitor relevant economic, financial, social, market, and administrative trends within Singapore

· Identify and evaluate products, services, or companies for potential distribution, mergers, acquisitions, or joint ventures in the local market

· Conduct market research on local business potentials

· Explore licensing of products and acquisition of suitable companies through alliances, joint ventures, mergers, etc

Requirements

· Knowledge in Accountancy, Business Administration, or equivalent

· Experienced in financial reporting, systems, and analysis

· Proficient in software tools and financial modeling; experience is an advantage

· Outgoing, independent, and possesses strong people skills

· Excellent presentation and writing skills

· More than 7 years of experience in management reporting, accounting, or financial analysis

· Ability to interpret financial methodology

· Working location is in Jurong East / Ang Mo Kio

My client is the leading copper manufacturer company in Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in determining the company's sales plan and strategy and conduct market intelligence and research
• Identify and expand target customer segments and industries
• Develop pricing and business models based on client needs and prepare and submit proposals to clients
• Handle and overcome objections raised by clients, and respond and follow up on client inquiries and requests
• Respond to RFQs, tenders, RFIs, etc.
• Collate and submit sales reports and analysis
• Organize and present performance to clients and/or management
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and be responsible for accounts receivable collection and bad debt resolution

skills & experience required

• Able to travel to overseas for work assignment
• Experience operating in a trading environment

• Comfortable being an individual contributor
• Comfortable with the remuneration pacakge = basic x 12 month + commission (based on sales)
