Messe Berlin Singapore is looking for a creative, organized and detailed oriented project executive focusing on marketing and conference. This role is based in Singapore, where you will be supporting the team leading ITB Asia, ITB India and other travel trade events.

Responsibilities

• Perform creative copywriting for brochures, EDM and all marketing collaterals
• Curate and design weekly EDM to be sent to dedicated target audience
• Develop key messaging and content for the target audiences together with the conference, sales and project team
• Manages all creative content and design of ITB Asia, ITB India, etc
• Manages Google Analytics accounts of all events and platforms
• Coordinate and manage all marketing related activities to ensure brand integrity and adhere to key deadlines
• Update event websites based on project team’s goal and outreach plan
• Coordinate with external vendors (PR agencies, printing vendor, photographer, videographer, designer, etc) to ensure all deliverable are achieved timely

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma/degree holder with 1-3 years’ experience in B2B, events marketing, digital events, or similar role
• Good working knowledge of digital and social media channels
• Proficient in Digital Media file formats and Digital Marketing publishing platforms such as MailChimp
• Strong eye for details and meticulous
• Excellent creative skills with the ability to create new and innovative ways for promotion
• Excellent time management skills to manage tight deadlines
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator
• Experience is Adobe Indesign and Adobe Photoshop

Responsibilities

· Plan and execute multimedia content strategies for promotions related to movies, events, and F&B offerings.

· Conceptualize, plan, and execute events, including managing logistics, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful on-ground and digital coverage.

· Measure and report the performance and effectiveness of social media campaigns, events, and communication channels, evaluating them against goals (ROI and KPIs). Recommend actionable strategies for continuous improvement.

· Be the primary point of contact and oversee the development and execution of social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement with our social media agency.

· Create high-quality video and image content tailored for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.

· Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive audience acquisition, engagement, and retention.

· Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure cohesive and impactful messaging across all channels.

· Create and write content for both online and offline marketing materials.

· Plan & facilitate movie promotions: In-cinema giveaways & giveaways tied to ticket purchases

Requirements

· Possess Diploma/Degree in Marketing, communication, business or equivalent

· At least 2 years of experience in events management, PR or social media marketing

· Good command of English (Verbal and Written), and interpersonal skills

· Proficiency in video and image editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent.

· Solid understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.

· Previous experience in e-commence, retail, hospitality / travel, F&B industries are desired and preferred

The CCM On Trade Manager role is responsible for driving our growth and and brand presence in the on trade channel by implementing our On Premise channel strategies and providing the framework and tools essential to executing these strategies with our customer partners. Understanding where and how best to execute these channel strategies and finding the most impactful ways to engage our customers, shoppers, and consumers will be the key to success.

Key Responsibilities and Activities:

• is the owner of the On Trade Category Plan. She/he develops the Customer Plan in synergy with the Marketing Plan (strategic planning for each Category) and defines the entire trade marketing mix actions with a specific focus on channel, client and point of sale;
