Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management

• Plan, coordinate, and execute projects related to electrical and control systems.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and quality standards.

• Manage the design, implementation, and optimisation of electrical and control systems.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of systems like PLC, SCADA, and DCS.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

1. Collaboration

• Work with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Provide regular updates on project progress and outcomes.

1. Process Optimisation

• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and reliability in electrical and control systems.
• Develop and document best practices.

• Guide and mentor team members in project execution and system management.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Instrumentation, Control Systems, or a related field.

1. Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, control systems, or related roles.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering control system projects on time and within budget.

1. Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience with control systems such as PLC, SCADA, DCS, or HMI technologies.
• Knowledge of process mapping and workflow optimisation related to control systems.

1. Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve company goals. Identify new business opportunities and markets

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for IT products and services to optimize costs and meet organizational needs.
• Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring quality, reliability, and compliance with service-level agreements.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and budgetary constraints.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with finance and IT departments to manage procurement budgets, monitor expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Work closely with IT, finance, and other departments to understand procurement needs and ensure alignment with overall business strategies.
• Ensure procurement processes comply with internal policies and external regulations, identifying and mitigating risks associated with vendor relationships.
• Oversee the inventory of IT assets, ensuring optimal levels and timely replenishment while minimizing waste and obsolescence.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for procurement activities, analyzing data to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and mentor the procurement team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional development.
