Job Description:
- Contribute to IT projects for Antaes Asia clients
- Structure and closely follow the budget allocated to the program
- Develop an operating plan for the program
- Manage the projects related to the program and ensure projects structure is properly managed
- Put in place project organization and follow-up closely Project Managers contributing to the program
- Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its lifecycle
- Analyze program risks, raise technical risks and issues, and help to mitigate
- Escalate to Manager on foreseeable risks and issues pertaining to project
- Ensure requirements are implemented as planned, traceability is maintained throughout the projects/program, tests are performed and completed
- Manage a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities
- Manage relationship with Production teams, local IT and Release Manager to coordinate for deployment
- Ensure goals are met including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance
- Manage Steering Committee preparation and presentation
- Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to clients
Job Requirements:
- At least Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related fields
- Min 5 years of experience as Program Manager within banking industry on Data, Transformation or Process Domain
- At least 2 years background in IT security topics
- Good command of analysis approach and methodology
- Good track record on past delivery of projects
- Good Critical thinking skill
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact professionally with diverse groups, managers, and subject matter experts.
- Ability to manage / facilitate a meeting, seminar, committee, training…
- Synthesis and coordination skills, focused communication to management and stakeholders.
- Ability to set up relevant performance indicators
