Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a significant capital allocation by creating, executing, and monitoring an Emerging Markets Macro strategy.
• Construct portfolios aimed at leveraging global macroeconomic themes and trends, generating asymmetric returns with minimal correlation to traditional capital markets, by identifying and exploiting variant perceptions in views on the evolution of macro economies, fiscal and monetary policy, diverging from what is priced in the market.
• Conduct thorough geopolitical and fundamental economic analysis on emerging economies, focusing on unique opportunity sets in developing economies.
• Implement stringent risk management, actively assessing the merits of all positions and investment theses.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in Emerging Markets Macro, demonstrated by robust investment acumen and a Sharpe Ratio greater than 1.5.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in portfolio management, preferably within a hedge fund.
• Proficiency in fundamental geopolitical and economic analysis, capable of conducting country-level deep dives to produce independent research that identifies idiosyncratic opportunities within the region.
• Demonstrated expertise in the economies within the region of focus (e.g., LatAM, CEEMEA, APAC), as well as the available liquid assets to structure and implement investment views.

Job Purpose:

This is an Operations Manager role responsible for the end to end processing of Derivatives transactions and Margining. This is a great opportunity to join a high performing, high profile and energized team providing daily operational support to our Global Business and Clients.

• Reporting into Singapore Markets Operations Leadership Team, the primary responsibility of this role will be:
  • Execute Derivatives trade confirmation and settlement in timely and accurate manner
  • Generate Margin call to clients and post collateral as per agreement
  • Formulate procedures, techniques and contribute to the development of new techniques that increase team productivity, ensuring entire team meets or exceeds performance goals
  • Escalate control gaps and issues to leadership and implement procedures and solutions to mitigate risk
  • Proactive engagement with Singapore country and Global Commodities stakeholders (Business, Technology, Finance/PCG, Legal etc.) in order to support the business and clients
  • Work closely with the Risk & Control team in adhering to an effective control framework that fully meets Audit, Compliance and Regulatory requirements
  • Involvement in developing standardized and sustainable operational workflow and service standards for new product or product variations launches by Global/APAC Commodities business. ie. NPAC process.
  • Ensuring robust infrastructure and tools (Dashboards, MIS, Alerts etc.) are in place to effectively manage risk
  • Complete Static data set-up to facilitate trade booking in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Perform reconciliation and investigate cash breaks in coordination with the Control team.

Risk Management:

• Overseeing and executing critical core operations activities to maintain a culture and environment where processes, risks and controls are continually monitored, and potential risks escalated on a timely basis
• Facilitating risk close out for market transactions, as an invested Operations partner and advisor for the Organisation.
• Daily Collaboration across Global Clients, Trading, and Operations teams to provide solutions and identify/resolve root cause.
• Acting as key point of contact for the team across internal and external stakeholders
• Identifying trends, synergies and weaknesses across products and regions
• Recommending control enhancements as needed

• Review, enhance and manage a suite of incentives to ensure governance and competitiveness

The Partner Acquisition Manager will source, nurture, and develop a pipeline of prospective new partners within the Microsoft Dynamics and Financial Performance Management space. In this role, your primary focus will be to rapidly grow our number of insightsoftware Channel Partners in Asia Pacific.

What will you do?

• Develop a strategy to acquire new partners in APAC region for FP&A solutions.
