Job Descriptions:

This marketing internship with OWELL will allow you to write and create various health and wellness related marketing content that resonates with our customers, as well as to increase brand awareness and draw in new customers from traditional and new media platforms. You will work closely with the team and be involved in various marketing activities to create informative and engaging content, such as but not limited to copy writing, creating artwork, infographics and videos for various traditional and new media/digital platforms. You will also plan and manage editorial content, monitor and analyse KPI performances and suggest improvements.

Job Requirements:

We are looking for a team player who is able to work independently. Candidates are expected to have a strong command of both English and Mandarin (both written and spoken), knowledge in design software such as Microsoft Office/Adobe Photoshop/Adobe Illustrator, etc, and attention to detail with a keen eye for proofreading and editing. A strong passion for reading both English and Chinese books/articles will be an added advantage.

What you will do at VeSync:

1. Collaborate with internal brand teams to optimize resource sharing and support brand development in the Asia Pacific market.

Role Overview:

The Marketing Communications (Marcom) Manager will play a pivotal role in planning and executing media strategies with industry media, enhancing visitor experiences, and developing high-quality marketing content. This role requires strong writing skills, the ability to conceptualise engaging content for marketing collaterals and press releases, and effective bilingual communication in English and Mandarin.

The ideal candidate will also oversee the visitor journey, ensuring seamless experiences from visa facilitation to onsite hospitality and badge registration services.

Reporting to the Head of Marcom, the candidate is expected to fulfil the following key responsibilities:

A) Media Planning & Strategic Communications

1. Develop and execute comprehensive media plans in collaboration with industry media partners to maximise event visibility.

2. Manage relationships with key media outlets and industry publications to ensure extensive coverage for ITMA and ITMA Asia exhibitions.

3. Organise press conferences, media briefings, and public relations activities to promote the exhibition(s), including supporting the Communications Director leading the public relations activities in specific exhibition editions.

4. Write and manage press releases, speeches, and media kits to promote the exhibition(s).

B) Content Development

1. Conceptualise, write, and edit engaging content for marketing collaterals, including brochures, newsletters, advertisements and promotional materials.

D) Marketing Campaigns Development with Industry Partners

1. Plan and execute marketing initiatives with media partners and associations including print advertisements, event branding, and partnerships.

2. Coordinate with media partners for coverage in integrated marketing channels (e.g., trade publications, magazines, media partner websites and EDMs).

E) Team & Budget Management

1. Performance and day-to-day operational management of team member.

3. Source and coordinate with external industry experts and identify new experts for writing articles in specific area of specialty when required.

Qualifications:

1) Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in public relations, marketing communications, or equivalent.

· Additional certifications in public relations, media planning, or event marketing would be advantageous.

2) Work Experience

· 4 years in marketing communications, public relations, or event marketing, preferably in B2B exhibitions, or large-scale events.

· Proven experience in media planning, press releases, and integrated marketing campaigns.

· Prior involvement in visitor experience management (e.g., visa facilitation, badge registration, hospitality) would be an advantage.

3) Skills

· Strong writing and content development abilities for marketing collaterals and press releases.

· Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written). We seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Job Description:
- Responsible for sales and marketing, dealings with distributors in the appointed markets
- Understand the marketplace, competitors’ products, pricing and sales strategies

THE ROLE

As our Marketing Lead, you can choose to work on-site at our Singapore office or remotely, with occasional travel to Singapore as needed. In this role, you will spearhead our global marketing efforts to expand Digify’s presence and engage key audiences. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across product marketing, lead generation, content marketing, and social media.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Develop and refine a global marketing strategy for Digify.
• Lead and mentor a team of three marketers to execute the strategy effectively.
• Establish and track marketing KPIs, ensuring objectives are met consistently.
• Deeply understand the Digify product, its users, competitors, and market dynamics.
• Create compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates Digify.
• Identify new opportunities to reach key markets and expand market share.
• Manage lead acquisition funnels and nurture prospective customers.
• Leverage data to inform evidence-based marketing decisions.
• Develop and execute targeted campaigns to accelerate growth.
• Regularly review and optimize marketing strategies for continuous improvement.
• Plan and manage quarterly and annual marketing budgets, collaborating with finance and leadership for alignment.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success to implement effective sales enablement resources.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in the SaaS sector.
• Near-native or native-level proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Proven success creating and executing growth-focused marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, content marketing, and social media.
• Experience managing a small marketing team, fostering professional development and performance management.
• Demonstrated ability to position and grow SaaS products globally.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel to Singapore on occasion if working remotely.

Responsibilities:

1. Project support in the planning of organization related fringe events to increase opportunities for brand exposure and engagement to inculcate brand affinity and elevate brand awareness:

• Manage procurement/RFP processes for the appointment of vendors (Event Organiser and social media Agency)
• Manage internal processes and get clearance for legal, risk management, IT security,
  data protection requirements for vendor management in a timely manner.
• Project manage, provide marketing and operational support to ensure timely launch of race in May 2025, which will include set-up of registration portal, penetration tests, UAT.
• Plan and execute tactical content to drive race registrations based on target
  audiences.
• Provide support for marketing activation strategy to drive brand’s visibility and engagement through paid, earned and/or owned channels such as EDM, GEWR social media and website, physical events, etc.

2. Develop content and project manage all communication activities, including updating of the GEWR webpages, social media including Facebook and Instagram to ensure timely delivery and scheduled posts on a ‘always-on’ basis

• Work closely with appointed agencies to develop and manage social media content calendar to encourage interactivity between the brand(s) and fans, maximising brand affinity, optimizing all paid media efforts.
• Ensure content on website is kept current with accurate information that effectively communicates the initiatives, in a timely and relevant manner.
• Prompt management of social media contests and prize disbursements
• Timely delivery of KOL campaign assets, where applicable
• Ensure community management of social media platforms is prompt with clear responses that encompass the brand’s tone of voice
• Timely submissions of all paid media assets for brand health tracking (BHT) and assess results for learnings and implications
• Timely reporting of social media paid media performance and to optimise content effectively during campaign period.

3. Support and assist on suite activation of large-scale concerts and events at the Singapore National Stadium by working closely with various stakeholders and Sports Hub to maximise the return on investment (ROI) of sponsored events, review hospitality credits and reports and manage brand assets refresh at Sports Hub where applicable.

4. Support and manage sponsorship projects such as OCBC Cycle to ensure that sponsorship entitlements are well utilized to enjoy optimal ROI.

5. Support various brand-related projects, including events, partnerships and other marketing initiatives.
