• Key business partner to the Operations team & other business teams and to provide support on all financial analysis supporting business decisions.
• Oversee the process, modeling, data validation and analysis to achieve accurate and driver based Budget and Forecasts supported by the right narrative.
• Responsibility for the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of monthly reporting requirements.
• Providing key financial support to key Operational stakeholders to ensure that Budgets and Forecasts are met.
• Oversight on governance and compliance around invoicing and contracts. This includes internal audits and client audits.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Chartered Accountant / CPA with at least 5 to 6 years of relevant experience, with some experience in managing a team. Experience with experience in Big 4 and B2B/retail will be an advantage.
• Sharp business acumen, ability to apply a fresh view to enhance process efficiencies for continual improvements.
• Team player with high interpersonal competence, high motivation and positive work attitude.
