Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and market share for the restaurant business.
2. Drive both online and offline traffic by utilizing multi-channel platforms (e.g., social media, search engines, short video platforms).
3. Stay updated on the requirements and rules of major media platforms, and optimize campaign performance to improve conversion rates.
4. Plan and execute brand campaigns and activities to strengthen customer engagement and loyalty.
5. Analyze market trends, user data, and competitor activities to provide actionable insights and adjust strategies accordingly.
6. Manage the marketing team and coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields preferred.
2. At least 3 years of marketing experience, with prior experience in the F&B industry highly desirable.
3. Strong knowledge of media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu) and expertise in traffic management and media buying.
4. Proficiency in brand building and marketing operations, with a proven ability to independently plan and execute campaigns.
5. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and adjust strategies accordingly.
6. Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to lead a team to achieve targets.
