Job Descriptions:

This marketing internship with OWELL will allow you to write and create various health and wellness related marketing content that resonates with our customers, as well as to increase brand awareness and draw in new customers from traditional and new media platforms. You will work closely with the team and be involved in various marketing activities to create informative and engaging content, such as but not limited to copy writing, creating artwork, infographics and videos for various traditional and new media/digital platforms. You will also plan and manage editorial content, monitor and analyse KPI performances and suggest improvements.

Job Requirements:

We are looking for a team player who is able to work independently. Candidates are expected to have a strong command of both English and Mandarin (both written and spoken), knowledge in design software such as Microsoft Office/Adobe Photoshop/Adobe Illustrator, etc, and attention to detail with a keen eye for proofreading and editing. A strong passion for reading both English and Chinese books/articles will be an added advantage.

What you will do at VeSync:

1. Collaborate with internal brand teams to optimize resource sharing and support brand development in the Asia Pacific market.

We are looking for a passionate, experienced, and intuitive Experiential Marketing Manager to support our event marketing efforts across APAC. Events range from in-person, hybrid and virtual and the audience includes C-Level, Advertising, Consumer, Creator, Developer for industry thought leadership events, Meta hosted and owned, large-scale Ad Industry experiential events, and virtual events of all sizes.

Responsibilities

• Project manage and produce flawless virtual, hybrid and in person events across APAC in close cooperation with external agencies and Internal Meta stakeholders - on time and within budget
• Manage and maintain relationships with the main internal Meta stakeholders in APAC, including offering support for the Global Experiential and Industry Marketing team
• Work closely with the Global Experiential and Industry Marketing team's global and cross-functional counterparts to ensure cohesion and scalability for event messaging, campaigns, and product launches
• Create and evolve experiences that showcase emerging technologies, consistently enhancing programs, and bringing new ideas to the table
• Source and manage suppliers, agencies and platforms across APAC to ensure compliance
• Work closely with the privacy and sourcing team for finance, procurement and producing legal documents for events
• Travel regularly (up to 50% of the time) when needed for site inspections and events

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience working in an event management role
• Experience across key audiences - brand, agency, consumers, creators and developers
• Expertise in project management and stakeholder management. Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Experience working collaboratively and juggling competing priorities
• Expertise on delegate registration and CRM platforms such as SplashThat and Salesforce
• Expertise on virtual event hosting platforms such as Zoom
• Knowledge of APAC based regional and local nuance, and venues for in-person events

Preferred Qualifications

• BA/BS degree, or equivalent, in related field
• Knowledge of Meta platform and its suite of apps and services

• Collaboration: Work closely with the team to brainstorm innovative content ideas and contribute to overall content strategies. Enhance and color-grade basic images for social media platforms.

• Community and Campaign Management: Foster a strong community presence by engaging with followers, managing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to refine strategies.

• Social Media Monitoring: Keep abreast of industry trends, monitor competitor activities, and manage paid social media advertising campaigns.

Skills Required:

• Social Media Savvy: Foundational understanding of social media content creation, demonstrated through personal channels or previous internships.

• Content Strategy Familiarity: Knowledge of social media content strategies with the ability to create integrated content across platforms.

• Video Editing Proficiency: Skilled in video editing software for social media content creation.

• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to content creation and evaluation for social media platforms.

• Trend Awareness: Commitment to staying informed about TikTok trends and grasping content strategies on emerging platforms.

Good-to-Have:

• Active and successful social media presence with experience in creating viral content.

• Understanding of the IG Reels algorithm for content optimization.
