What You'll Do

• Lead the planning, execution, and daily management of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, On-platform Ads (Shopee, Lazada and/or Amazon), and other programmatic platforms to achieve key performance metrics.
• Focus on strategies that maximize Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) and overall Return on Investment (ROI) for clients' campaigns. Implement data-driven optimization techniques to enhance budget efficiency and profitability.
• Develop comprehensive media plans and recommend effective tactics to meet client objectives, tailoring strategies based on success metrics and desired outcomes.
• Create detailed weekly, ad hoc, and final reports that highlight audience insights, performance trends, and brand impact to provide clients with meaningful and actionable insights.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Creative, and Engineering departments, to resolve campaign-related issues, optimize pacing, and address client feedback.

Job Summary

The Senior Marketing Executive / Assistant Manager supports the Marketing and Communications team by coordinating and executing luxury lifestyle & F&B retail marketing, PR activations, social media content creation and campaigns with the objective of driving sales while maintaining the brand’s luxury marketing position. Primary Relationships

• Coordinate production of branded materials and ensure consistent articulation of the brand’s desired luxury image and positioning across the brand’s advertising, print and electronic materials through marketing assets and strategic placement within vicinity of brand presence through the use of way-finders, lightboxes, posters, landlord’s website etc.

Requirements

• Preferred degree in marketing, business management or related.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, previous experience in the luxury retail industry would be a plus.
• Written and spoken native fluency in English and Mandarin; additional language(s) are a plus.
