Job Description

• Managing and updating official social media and website
• Copywriting for social media, website, articles, monthly newsletter (B2C & B2B)
• Brainstorming and proposing new promotional plans to boost brand image and awareness
• Preparing press releases
• Managing community outreach (speaking to community leaders, YouTuber collaborations)
• Managing digital promotion (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
• Tailor promotional plans to fit each product release
• Data analysis (social media, surveys, ads)

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor’s degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing/Communications
• Conversation level of Japanese to communicate with Japanese speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Preferably at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience
• Strong understanding of social media/digital marketing platforms
• Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese, both written and oral, in order to liaise with Japanese-speaking associates
• Willingness to learn in order to boost promotion of the brand and product
• Have a working knowledge of games, anime, and popular or internet culture
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent at schedule management and multitasking
• Open to work on some weekends/public holidays for Company events
• Open to travel overseas for business trips when required

Job Description:

• Assist in driving the development and implementation of an engaging brand strategy to promote CBM’s brand narrative and bring the narrative to life across subsidiaries and stakeholder groups
• Assist in executing branding exercises to support Company’s policies, programs and initiatives for both local and international markets
• Responsible for the production of corporate brochures, newsletters, and marketing collaterals
• Assist in maintaining, updating, and enhancing the corporate website for the company, subsidiaries, and JVs
• Assist in event management, media relations, or sponsorship activities/initiatives, and conduct external surveys with clients
• Conduct market research to support business development strategies
• Plan and coordinate Company’s CSR activities
• Assist in executing go-to-market strategies and brand campaigns to drive brand awareness and engage audiences in Singapore and across the region
• Assist in developing and managing various brand and marketing collaterals and communications channels e.g. digital media, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), videos, EDMs, exhibitions
• Any other assignments as and when directed by the Manager & Management

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations , Marketing, Mass Communications, or related fields
• SEO and Social Media Paid marketing knowledge is preferred
• Excellent design acumen with a proven track record in delivering exceptional marketing plans with strong brand stewardship
• Creative, able to think out of the box and explore new channels of outreach and messaging to build brand awareness
• Excellent creative writing and verbal communication skills
• Strong project and campaign management skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative, people-focused, and passionate
• At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience is preferred
