Job Title: Admin Manager
Location: St. Hilda’s Primary School, 2 Tampines Avenue 3, Singapore 529706

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 8.00am – 5.15pm (inclusive of a 45-minute lunch break)
• Friday: 8.00am – 4.45pm (inclusive of a 45-minute lunch break)

Job Objective:

The Admin Manager will support school leaders by overseeing the operational, financial, procurement, and human resources functions within the school. The individual will ensure efficient execution of school processes by following prevailing policies, guidelines, and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient running and profitability of the restaurant and for managing employees.

The job reports to the Vice-president, Area is accountable for average sales of S$250k per month depending on the size of the restaurant. Job Responsibilities: •Daily roll call with employees to drive operations effectiveness and efficiency via cleanliness of the restaurant, accurate food order taking, servicing the customer, promotions etc

•Proactively communicate to employees on KPIs on sales, service and food quality so that together each achieve more (TEAM)

Job Description

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, by exercising demonstrated knowledge and experience in Food and Beverage management, including but not limited to, developing business, increasing profitability, staffing, budget and forecast

STRATEGIC PLANNING

• Responsible for financial performance of at least 2 brands, including profit & loss and implement appropriate cost control measures

OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
