Responsibilities:

• As Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading high-impact projects from ideation to launch on topics
• Creating more delightful user experiences for businesses when they set up, monitor, and operate their online stores with Airwallex online payments
• Building robust clearing and settlement mechanisms that ensure businesses have full visibility over their expected cash flow and protect Airwallex from financial risks
• Improving Airwallex's reporting capabilities to streamline reconciliation processes for businesses and allowing them to fully optimize the online payments operations

Who you are

We're looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.

Minimum qualifications:

• 4 to 10 years of overall professional experience
• Experience in product management, go-to-market propositions, product design, product planning and development
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or another STEM discipline
• Evidence of exemplary academic achievements (e.g. high GPA, Dean's list, scholarship etc.)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey product strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Close attention to detail, ability to structure complex problems and inform decisions with data and first-principle insights
• Drive, grit, and persistence to take ownership and move ideas to reality in short periods of time
• Ability to thrive in cross-cultural and cross-functional teams
• Experience considering both user requirements and commercial strategy in order to drive meaningful product growth
• Experience in any of the following is a plus: hyper growth startup environments, software engineering, financial technology
• Solid technical understanding and ability to engage in architectural discussions with engineering teams
• Hands-on with online payments or similar B2B domains with high conceptual complexity

Roles and Responsibilities

Studio Operations:

●Manage the smooth day-to-day operations of the studio and ensure the studio delivers operating excellence.

●To upkeep the team with clients’ feedback on programs and services.

●Deliver quality responses to customer enquiries via all channels.

●Serve as the day-to-day leader by example and alignment with studio mission, vision, and values.

Member Experience:

●Implements programs and initiatives to engage current and new members and continuously improve their member experience.

●Solicits member feedback and identifies improvement goals to meet members' needs.

Sales:

●Assist on new sales processes and client retention.

●Provide recommendations and explain pricing and packages.

●Processing of new registrations for new clients.

●Responsible for on-going client retention.

●Keep a watchful eye on incoming sales leads from various sources (website, social media, referrals and more) and respond accordingly.

●Drafting and managing corporate contracts for classes for companies.

Administrative:

●Handling of daily operations such as coordinating classes, bookings and events ensuring smooth operations.

●Liaising with students/parents on their account, classes, and payment.

●Tracking financial information, such as payment details and expenses.

●Preparing monthly invoices and ensuring invoices are paid timely.

●Upkeeping the studio on cleanliness and ensuring maintenance and effectiveness of all equipment.

●Manage and coordinate vendor relationships including sourcing and shortlisting vendors.

●Ensure class booking apps are updated with class timing and mark students’ attendance.

●Vetting and drafting vendors’ and sales’ contracts and terms and conditions.

●Update studio’s, but not limited to, promotion, marketing, service offerings collaterals.

Requirements:

●Work experience in administration is an advantage, however, training will be provided for the right candidate.

●Candidates with dance and/or fitness qualifications will be an advantage but not necessary.

●Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer first mindset.

●Proficient in Mandarin, Chinese and English is essential

●An outgoing personality, enjoys interacting and connecting with people.

●Presentable and well-groomed appearance.

●Enjoys interacting with children.

●Team player.

Job Description & Requirements

• Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively.
• Their duties include motivating sales teams, training new staff and related services such as washing, blowing and drying.
• Be Customer Service oriented with ability to respond to queries on treatments and products

Requirements:

• Min 4 year of experience in hairdressing/ Sales Related industry .
• Retail Hours (10am to 8.30pm)
• 4 off day / month
