What You Will Be Doing:

Marketing Campaign Development: Assist in crafting impactful influencer marketing campaigns for our local and international clients.

Client Interaction: Join client meetings and exciting networking events, contributing your ideas to create compelling influencer marketing proposals.

Regional Exposure: Gaining valuable experience liaising with and supporting both local and overseas clients through their onboarding process.

Influencer Research: Become the Sherlock Holmes of influencer marketing! Manage the research and profiling of local and international influencers.

Creative Contribution: Shape campaigns from scratch by preparing engaging campaign briefs for influencers.

Event Planning: Be at the forefront of influencer events. You will get to plan and host these exciting local/overseas media launch.

Content Creation: Flex your creative muscles by contributing to the development of content for Taproot’s website and social media pages.

Operational Support: Help keep our operations running smoothly by providing support in adhoc basic administrative work.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Manage and create a comprehensive marketing campaign to generate sales for various brands and outlets
• Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies for company social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Manage the engagement in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms
• Overseeing the management of social media communications
• Uses timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analyzing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimize visits

This individual contributor role sits within the Product Go-to-Market team, tasked with accelerating and defending large customer revenue growth across the region via the development and adoption of products, tools, and program best practices.

In this role, you will lead the regional commercialization of Google’s Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) solutions and scale activation via structured learning agendas across the sales organization. Key activities also include leading funding programs and governance, enablement programs, and market-to-product feedback loops. This role will serve as the product specialist and thought leader on MMMs for sales, customers and specialized services organizations and is responsible for contributing to regional thought leadership.

• Partner with the Google product teams, in-market sales specialists and cross-functional teams to commercialize and drive Google’s Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) offering.
• Act as the business partner to sales teams and leaders, to develop shared business priorities, joint programs that drive commercial outcomes and product adoption goals.
• Shape broader media effectiveness strategy and represent product priorities in executive forums, business reviews and strategy meetings with global and regional counterparts.
• Architect and execute scalable activation programs that drive product adoption and promote best practice across the region.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
• Experience with digital advertising measurement methods and technologies.
• Experience working with data sets.

• Experience communicating technical content across different audience groups, as well as influencing at senior levels.
• Strong project management skills and experience managing complex projects with stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Knowledge of how marketers and agencies make budget decisions.

• 360 Marketing Support: Manage and coordinate campaigns with creative and media agencies to promote digital inclusion initiatives and inspire support for vulnerable communities.
• Partner Marketing Activities: Develop marketing materials (e.g., collaterals, videos) and organize events to showcase partnerships and amplify outreach efforts. Ensure consistent brand representation across all partner collaterals.
