Responsibilities:

• Carry out maintenance, repair and overhaul work on heavy vehicles (diesel, commercial and electric & hybrid vehicle), ensuring high standard of workmanship and minimize turnaround time for scheduled repairs and inspections to meet workshop’s service standards and according to job order.
• Notify Team Leader of unusual repair problems which will require major repair and replacement parts recommendation.
• Adhere to defined guidelines in regards to safety, orderliness and etc.
• Complete work order for each vehicle and unit serviced.
• Perform any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Candidates must be sound in basic automotive skillset which will be tested during the interview. Candidates does not need to be have commercial vehicle service or repair experience.
• Have knowledge of handling diagnostic tools, interpret and solve fault codes
• Prior experience working on diesel vans and 10-footer trucks will be added advantage
• Preferably with Class 3 Driving License but not a must.
