Able to deal with mechanic teams jobs in vehicles repairs etc
Follow up with claims and new projects
Meeting deadlines and submitting forms and documents on time
Meeting minutes and create training materials
Maintain a systematic filing system for leave administration etc.
Customer Service. Answering phone calls, replying in-going/out-going email queries, mails, courier, binding, filing and other documentations
Maintain office and all work documents in an organised manner
Constantly update oneself with the developments in law and regulations in accounting requirements
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned ie. Mechanic supervising
Requirements:
Minimum 'O' levels
English or chinese
Good IT skills including Microsoft office
Detail-oriented and meticulous, ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
Sense of responsibility and willingness to take on new challenges
Self-motivated and pleasant attitude
High initiative and able to work independently with strong organisational skills
Possess flexible pro-active approach to work, being able to prioritise well and plan own work
Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality in a professional and objective manner
Possess strong work ethics and high level of integrity in accordance to the company's guiding principles, setting the example of the organization's policies and standard for performance
Min. 1 year relevant experience is preferred. But a positive attitude and tenacity to learn is key. Only shortlisted applicants will be notified
