Technical Competencies

• Knowledge of Schneider Electric, Niagara Framework and other Platforms, Building Automation & Analytics Technologies.
• Proficiency in creating and editing Mechanical and Electrical drawings using AutoCAD and VISIO.
• Programming for Electronic DDC control systems / PLC Systems using Functional Block Diagrams.
• Knowledge of instrumentation sensors and field communication protocols, e.g Modbus, BACnet etc.
• Ability to understand and modify electrical diagrams and drawings.
• TCP/IP Networking and protocols

Responsibilities

· To carry out works as assigned and ensuring that the works are carried out to schedule and in accordance to relevant regulations.

· Coordinate and supervise site workers, identify operating problems and perform trouble shooting and emergency repair.

· Perform routine maintenance work on TBM equipment.

· Responsible for the installation of TBM parts including repair and replace damaged/worn out parts.

· Testing of TBM equipment to ensure smooth running.

· Assist the daily activities at work site to meet project progress and the main contractor’s program and requirements.

· Preparation and submission of site daily progress reports.

· To attend the project meetings.

· To perform testing and commissioning at work site.

· Assisting the Project Manager in the management of the site on a daily basis.

· Any other task as assigned by management.

Requirements

· Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

· Minimum 5-10 years of experience in the tunnelling industry.

· Relevant project experience in the field of tunnelling project in Singapore.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills.

· A team player with strong passion in project management, marketing.

· Self-motivated and able to leverage on team.

· Resourceful, meticulous, able to multi-task and handle pressure well.

Job Scope:

To design and develop Application Software//Embedded firmware for user interface equipment, and device control equipment as follows:-

· Designs and implements systems using a variety of languages (e.g. C, C++, C#, Java, Python, etc.);

· Designs enhancements, updates, and programming changes for subsystems, including embedded code;

· Writes and executes complete testing plans, protocols, and documentation;

· Identifies and debugs, and creates solutions for issues with code and integration into application architecture;

· Collaborates and communicates with management, internal, and outsourced development partners regarding firmware design status, project progress, and issue resolution; and

· Analyzes designs to determine coding, programming, and integration activities required based on general objectives and knowledge of overall architecture of product or solution.

Requirements:

2. Proficiency and experience in C, C++, C#, Java, UML, Docker.

3. Good knowledge in application software programing for Linux and Windows.

4. Knowledge and experience with network programming and database programming.
