• To assist the Senior Project Engineer/Project Manager to conduct kick-off, pre-project/project meetings to ensure team members is clear on the objectives, deliverable, Quality, equipment’s Lead-time, Safety and construction requirements.
• Plan and assist the Senior Engineer to monitor the daily progress of activities to achieve on or before schedule, i.e., by comparing the planned vs actual progress status, identify critical activities.
• Preparation of engineering documents, such as inspection form, testing form and progress reports, updating of completion status.
• Together with the project team prepare the statement/work procedures, RA to specify the detailed work step required for the specific task of the job to be done and identify key risk with the associate risk. A risk mitigation strategy is applied with the whole project construction task.
• Calculate and tracking usage of resources, such as materials and tools with report prognosis to the Senior Project Engineer/Project Manager.
• Understand and evaluate the project requirements and project plans particularly, materials, schedule, equipment and labour loading.
• Assist the Senior Engineer/construction superintendent in assigning tasks to work teams.
• To explain the site situation, technical requirements, project specifications, special engineering requirements, coordination procedures, execution approach and activities priorities to the various work teams to seek contributions for further refinement.
• Ensure that various disciplines (including quality and safety personnel) are carrying out each tasks and tests/inspection in accordance with specification and standards as per the contractual requirements.
• Assist in resolving engineering issues at site, coordinating with the respective engineering support units, if necessary report discrepancy (if any) on labour status, equipment, materials etc. to the Senior Project Engineer/Project Manager.
• Preparation of project close-out report for the Senior Project Engineer/Project Manager to review before submission to clients.
• Ensure final acceptance of the project by client in accordance with contractual requirements

Job responsibility:

• Setup, commissioning and decommissioning of equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with semiconductor equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment

Job Description

•Manage & Lead the electrical team.

•Perform engineering duties such as design, engineering calculations, planning, tender.

Preparation/evaluations as part of the engineering project team

•Team development

•QA/QC documentation review of engineering deliverables

•Liaison with clients, project managers, architects, contractors

•Resolve any technical problems faced during project design and/or construction stages

•Suggests ways to increase revenues and efficiency.

•Testing & Commissioning of the ACMV Electrical Systems.

•Ensure the team follows all electrical codes and standards.

Job Requirements

•Any qualification in a relevant engineering field with minimum 5 years of related working experience

in the Construction Electrical Field associated with ACMV / Electrical.

•Engineering design of commercial buildings, major infrastructure transportation projects and

mixed-use developments

•Possess design experience and good understanding of ACMV / Electrical technical systems and

procedures:

•Possess knowledge on all cabling, loading and sizing calculations and equipment selections such as

cable, generators, panels, etc.

•Develop, design through establishing, design briefs, design reports, calculations, schematics,

schedules, specifications, concept, Preliminary, Detailed and Construction Engineering Designs

•Productions of drawings and developing models

•Site Experience, Testing & Commissioning Experience

•Having experience working with Infrastructure Projects would be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create application design by working with technical leads and architects.

• Produce code with established design principles including static and dynamic code analysis.

• 3+ years of experience in Cloud Application development.
• Strong programming knowledge in one or more programming languages – preferably in Python / Golang / Java.

1. Able to produce a clear and maintainable codebase. Knowledge of clean coding practices such as S.O.L.I.D is essential.
2. Demonstrate skills in unit testing and appreciate the benefits of test suites.

• Demonstrate knowledge of REST API best practices and design guidelines.

• Highly desirable to have GraphQL experience supporting Frontend applications.
• Hands-on experience in one or more relational Database systems – preferably in PostgreSQL.

1. Demonstrate ability to independently design Schema, usage of ORM tools, and write plain SQL.

• Working knowledge of event-driven architecture and experience in one or more Message Brokers, preferably Kafka.
• Essential to know the fundamentals of containerized applications.
• Able to work by integrating design with other teams even with insufficient/partial information.
• Desirable to have a working knowledge of public cloud infrastructure, preferably in AWS.
