As a Process Development Engineer, you will be primarily responsible for starting up, developing and optimizing processes to improve product quality and reliability, working on process yield improvement, cost reduction, productivity improvement and risk management as well as resolving manufacturing line problems. You will also be required to identify, diagnose and resolve assembly process related problems by applying failure analysis, FMEA, 8D or SPC/FDC methodology. Requirements

Optics are critical at KLA and at the core of our tools that are finding defects on wafers and reticles that aren’t visible with the human eye. We do this by using different light sources and nanophotonics to capture images. As an optical engineer at KLA, you’re responsible for developing ultra-high precision optical systems and component designs for complex systems, conducting key optical simulations, modeling and analysis as well as identifying manufacturing issues and developing solutions for these.
