• Produce detailed engineering drawings
• Perform design verification and validation testing to ensure compliance with specifications, safety regulations and product requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
• More than 5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment design
• Good knowledge and experience in the following areas :

1. Design of automation or semiconductor equipment
2. High precision machine design
3. Design of High Speed Pick and Place mechanisms

• Familiar with 3D CAD software
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and coordinate throughout the project cycle
• Ability to work independently with high level of motivation and communicate with all levels
• Equipment troubleshooting skills
• Ability to produce detailed Mechanical drawings and apply knowledge of
• Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing.

The Electrical Engineer will work with Project Team in carrying out the following:

• Conduct project electrical engineering works
• Prepare project electrical function specifications, electrical layouts, PLC IO list and wiring diagrams
• Conduct electrical products selectivity study and generate project electrical Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Generate Request For Quotation/ Offer and Purchase Request for electrical BOM.
• Prepare project electrical installation documentation with technical support for installation work
• Prepare electrical inspection test sheet/ template for test and measurement
• Evaluate and implement corrective measure on test result
• Prepare project specific electrical product operational and maintenance manuals
  

Qualifications:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Polytechnic Diploma in Electrical Engineering with relevant experience
• Professional Experience: Preferably with experience in airport, intralogistics projects electrical engineering design. Fresh graduate will also be considered in case-by-case basis.
• International Experience: Experience working in cross-cultural or international teams as added advantages.
• MS Office, EPLAN P8, AutoCAD and Navisworks CAD Tools
• LEW as added advantage.

Functional skills:

• Good knowledge and practical experience in electrical engineering design (e.g. Power Distribution, System and Equipment electrical control, cable containment system according to IEC and SS638:2018).
• Efficient in MS Office, EPLAN P8, AutoCAD and Navisworks CAD Tools skillset
• Understand IT networking infrastructure and hardware
• Must be willing to travel within Asia region with occasional traveling to Europe or Middle East
• Experience in simple PLC programming will be an advantage
• Experience in Material Handling System will be an advantage
• Experience in Brown field project engineering will be an advantage

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Tunnelling projects is mandatory.
• Prior experience with Rail & Land Transport Authority (LTA) projects is required.
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities and excellent attention to detail.
• Familiarity with geotechnical instrumentation and ground improvement techniques is an advantage.
• Plan, supervise and ensure quality control for ground improvement work to meet project specifications and standards.
• Provide geological supervision during tunnelling operations to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Develop and implement plans for additional soil investigations related to tunnelling works, ensuring accurate assessment of ground conditions.
• Conduct detailed face mapping to analyse and document ground conditions during tunnelling activities.
• Plan and supervise instrument monitoring works to assess ground behaviour and ensure stability during construction.

What you'll do

The Customer Engineer helps automate the administration and monitoring of a network system; conducts tests for redundancy, resilience, and failover to ensure up-time standards are met. Operates company's complex high traffic, business critical site communications and/or network-based (cloud) product systems. Responsible for system performance; supports/troubleshoots network and VSAT issues and coordinates installation of such items as routers and switches with field personnel. Conducts tests of network redundancy, resilience, and failover of network elements to ensure up-time standards are fully achieved. May be required to provide on-call service coverage with other department employees. Manages and maintains optimum platform infrastructure performance, reliability, and security using continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD) tools, processes, and designs. Implements services to automate monitoring activities and provide critical information to facilitate response and resolution of performance issues and incidents. Deploys standardized and scalable software tools to ensure that systems operate without interruption at optimum performance. Troubleshoots and analyzes service disruptions to determine the root cause of issues and develop solutions for improved reliability.

The day-to-day

Troubleshoot and analyse escalations from the Customer Support Center (CSC)
Assist with and/or travel to data centers, teleports
Work with customers on troubleshooting issues and ensure prompt communications are reaching the customer.
