Process Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Define and Document Equipment process requirement and specification.
• Perform Process characterization to optimize critical process paths in order to meet equipment specification.
• Review, simplify and optimize Internal Buy Off specification for equipment together with Quality Assurance Department.
• Participate in continuous process improvement activities to enhance Equipment capability.
• Support Equipment manufacturing activities by helping to trouble-shoot and resolve process-related issues
• Support other internal departments to handle customers’ process related issues and recommend technical solutions
• Perform data analysis using statistical techniques and conduct process capability studies
• Transfer process knowledge to in house Engineers and Technicians to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Equipment UPH projection calculation base on specific process parameter.

Requirements:

• Degree in Production / Mechanical / Material Science Engineering
• At least 3 years experience in an equipment manufacturing environment with a process engineering and background
• Strong interest in the development of new manufacturing processes
• Experience in process design and control in the area of laser marking process.
• Knowledge in Material Science will be added advantage.
• Knowledge in cycle time calculation.
• Trained in SPC, DOE and other statistical tools

Responsibilites:

- Assist Project Manager in design and planning.

- Assist in project coordination and supervision.

- Coordination and checking of engineering deliverables.

- Liaising and coordinating with all parties involved in the projects such as consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers and local authorities.

Requirements:

We use genetically modified microbes to produce novel antimicrobial peptides. Our strain and bioprocess teams work together designing our product around straightforward scale-up and profitable unit economics.

OBJECTIVES

• Operation of bioreactor systems for submerged fermentation, downstream processing and sample analysis.
• Liaise with Chinese contract manufacturers for production at ~80kL scale and assist them in troubleshooting when required.
• Drive process optimisation by overseeing rigorous data collection, recording, and analysis. Use effect size analysis, DoE, etc to accelerate yield improvements and scale up.
• Preparation of SOPs for fermentation and downstream processing.
• Work with other team members to align molecular, bioproduction and veterinary research.
• Training and mentorship of junior team members.

REQUIREMENTS

ATTRIBUTES

• Experience with benchtop microbial bioreactor systems.
• Experience with yeast secreted protein production fermentation optimization preferred.
• PhD or Masters with work experience.
• Ideally has some experience or familiarity with downstream processing and analytical methods.
• Ideally has some experience or familiarity with industrial-scale fermentation.
• English and Chinese language working fluency are both required.
• Good communicator that enjoys working with and supporting others.
• Driven and takes initiative.
• Interested in entrepreneurship, biomanufacturing, synthetic biology, sustainability/agriculture,aquaculture, technology commercialisation and science with real world impact.

· Development experience with a scripting language (such as Shell Scripting or Python)

· A grounded understanding of Git branching, merging, and pull requests

· Hands-on experience with one or more of the following DevOps toolchains (or equivalent): o Jenkins, Git, Artifactory, Docker, Ansible, SonarQube

· Experience with IaaS or PaaS systems such as: o AWS, Google Cloud, Azure Cloud Foundry, OpenShift/Kubernetes, OpenStack

The Desktop Engineer is responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the efficient operation of end-user devices, software, and peripherals. The role includes troubleshooting, installing, and maintaining desktops, laptops, and other IT hardware and Network

Work with the Global technology team to support Onsite Physical Installation of Server , Storage and Network devices .

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Support:

o Provide first- and second-line support for hardware and software Installation.

o Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and peripheral problems to ensure minimal downtime.

o Respond to service requests and incidents in a timely manner.

2. Hardware & Software Management:

o Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop operating systems (Windows/Mac/Linux).

o Install and update software applications and drivers.

o Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions.

3. Asset Management:

o Manage IT inventory, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

o Ensure proper documentation and tracking of IT assets.

4. Network Support:

o Assist with basic network troubleshooting (e.g., connectivity, printer access).

o Support VPN, wireless, and LAN/WAN configurations as required.

5. Collaboration & Training:

o Work closely with other IT teams to resolve escalated issues.

o Provide user training for new hardware or software implementations.

6. Security & Compliance:

o Ensure devices are compliant with company security policies and standards.

Key Requirements:

Education & Experience:

Technical Skills:
