6 PERSONNEL REQUIREMENTS

6.1 The Contractor’s support personnel managing the servers must be trained and minimally be proficient in the following areas:

The vision of our research program is to retain the workflows of software construction as they exist today in the form of Continuous Integration (CI) systems, and yet support automated software evolution with formal correctness guarantees, thereby engendering trust in automatically generated code. Our research program can help achieve such a vision via analysis, verification, and test generation. Applications of repair studied in the program will include security vulnerability repair, patch transplantation across versions of major software systems such as Linux, as well as the use of agentic workflows to automate software evolution.

You will work on pioneering projects that advance the application of AI and ML within the realm of software engineering. This role offers the opportunity to conduct cutting-edge research, develop novel algorithms, and contribute to the development of software tools that enhance system performance, reliability, and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct applied research in integrating AI/ML techniques with software engineering practices to improve code quality, testing, and software maintenance.
• Design and implement experimental prototypes to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of new methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI researchers, software engineers, and product managers, to translate research findings into practical applications.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in AI/ML and software engineering to identify emerging trends and opportunities for innovation.
• Publish research findings in leading academic conferences and journals, and present innovative work to the broader research community.

Requirements and Skills

• Master's or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field.
• Strong research background in AI, ML, and/or SE with a solid publication record in A and A* level conferences/journals. Minimum of 2 publications in top-tier conferences or journals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a research setting.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts.
• Experience in developing tools or frameworks that utilize AI/ML to enhance software development processes.
• Experience with DevOps tooling, such as Kubernetes, Docker, and Ansible.
• Experience with general-purpose languages, such as Java, C#, C/C++, Python, Rust
• Familiarity with techniques for automated code generation, program verification, program synthesis, or software testing using AI/ML.
• Strong knowledge in state-of-the-art research in ML for Software engineering, such as experience in Prompt Engineering, Agentic Systems, Chain of Thought applications

· Development experience with a scripting language (such as Shell Scripting or Python)

· A grounded understanding of Git branching, merging, and pull requests

· Hands-on experience with one or more of the following DevOps toolchains (or equivalent): o Jenkins, Git, Artifactory, Docker, Ansible, SonarQube

· Experience with IaaS or PaaS systems such as: o AWS, Google Cloud, Azure Cloud Foundry, OpenShift/Kubernetes, OpenStack

· Fundamental understanding of networking, firewalls, load balancing, forward and reverse proxies

Familiarity with concepts such as: Agile methodologies, Test-Driven Design, Behavioural-Driven Design, and 12 factor application design

• Provide technical support, propose solutions, and project related queries for all Wired, Wireless network.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Support:

Key Requirements:

Education & Experience:

Technical Skills:

· Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems.
