Job Scope

· Designing, manufacturing, and installing components that fulfil requirements.

· Perform a full lifecycle product development (design, develop, test prototypes, manufacture and implement) （Preferably IN MARINE&OFFSHORE&MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY）

· Analyzing problems or deficiencies and developing solutions to resolve them.

· Conducting experiments and evaluations to improve and innovate product designs.

· Creating plans and designs using CAD technology.

· Evaluates final product’s overall performance, reliability and safety.

· Estimating budgets and time scopes for each project.

· Writing technical documentation for machine operators.

· Ensuring that products meet compliance regulations.

· Collaborating with project managers and other engineers in our team.

· Liaison with vendors on finalization of modules.

· Responsible for mechanical documentation.

Requirement

· Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or related disciplines with 3years’ experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and assist Manager in project planning and coordination of all site activities.

• Design and construction of equipment.

• Lead and manage project including timely delivery within budget and scope.

• Monitor project budget margin as set forth by the Management.

• Prepare project master schedule, rolling schedule and submission of progress report to client.

• To ensure timely submission of project progress claim and invoice to client’s consultant.

Responsibilities

• Site preparation and co-ordination, preparation of submission documents.
• Coordinate, liaise and manage various project stakeholders including customers, consultants, sub- contractors, vendors, etc. on site to ensure project requirements are met.
• Able to communicate effective to all stakeholders.
• Prepare and create detail work schedule, manpower and resource planning.
• Able to understand Engineering drawings and perform basic engineering calculations, design, etc.

• Follow up and reporting on the project progress.
• Able to understand Singapore standards or Code of Practice.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Relevant Qualification in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• For experience candidates, preferably to possess minimum 2 years relevant experience in the Construction / Industrial Engineering industry. Open to candidates with no previous working experience.
• Experience in design ACMV / Piping and Piping Structural Support/ Ducting
• Experience in manufacturing plant construction, Data Centre fit-out works, etc.
• Outgoing with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and target oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interact effectively with project members and managers at all levels.

Candidates who have relevant Project Management Supervisory experience may be considered for Senior Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager role.

• Candidate must have 2-4 years of relevant working experience in design engineering of ACMV / HVAC, Fire Protection and Plumbing services with Engineering Consultancies in Singapore
• Proven track record of working across organization boundaries to define requirements, solve complex problems and drive programs to successful completion
