• Ensure that all works carried out exceeds industry standards and are in compliance with local legislations, QHSE requirements and other regulations.
• Arrange timely and consistent communication sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor daily site progress and update programme on the site progress report.
• To assist on the M&E design matter.
• Contribute to all tasks necessary for project completion and delivery.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any equivalent qualification recognized by PEB.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experiences.
• Experience in LTA bus depot, BDE and bus depot M&E services added advantage.
• Able to communicate clearly with people at all levels about goals, responsibility, performance, expectations, and feedbacks.
• Able to manage and coordinate various sub-contractors, vendors, consultant and clients effectively.
