Job responsibilities（工作职责）：

(1) Lead and oversee all M&E engineering activities in construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, approved drawings, and project timelines.

• Review project specifications and technical clarifications

Job Description:

• Design and project management of mechanical and electrical engineering systems (MVAC, Elect, Lifts, Fire Protection, Plumbing and Sanitary, etc) for building projects in the various sectors such as residential, office, commercial, hospital, institutional, etc. Engineers are expected to carry out design work, attendance at consultants meetings and management of the relevant M&E aspects of the construction activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of mechanical research and development from concepts through to mass production.
• Design innovative and robust mechanisms to achieve the desired outcome of product requirements.
