Our client is from Oil and Gas industry, a local leading player. They are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor for the next phase of their business. They are located in West.

Duties of Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor:

• Supervise in-house contractors and vendors to ensure safe and efficient execution of mechanical tasks.
• Develop and update maintenance plans and schedules to minimize production disruptions.
• Analyze equipment performance to identify issues and propose improvements.
• Ensure maintenance plans meet engineering standards and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare maintenance documentation, including checklists and risk assessments.
• Achieve maintenance KPIs and support technician training and development.
• Manage manpower, including overtime and emergency planning.
• Oversee spare parts and warehouse activities, including stock management and ordering.
• Handle service contract scopes, PR, and evaluations.
• Forecast, monitor, and manage maintenance budget.
• Participate in emergency response and assume relevant roles as needed.

How You Will Achieve It

• Knowledge of mechanical equipment operations and maintenance skill and knowledge with experience in working in a team
• Hands on experience in pump overhaul (Centrifugal, Diaphragm etc.).
• Performance matrix environment.
• Knowledge of Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS), current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) and Right First Time technique.
• Able to demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge in Mechanical Equipment Troubleshooting and Analysis Skills.
• Knowledge and able to create Job Safety Analysis (JSA) / Risk Assessment (RA) in document system.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experiences in pharmaceutical, chemical, or petrochemical industries for Senior position and Minimum 2 years for Junior position.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Willing to work in 12 Hours rotating shift.

Position: Junior Mechanical Technician

Salary: $2800 - $4000

5.5 Work Week

Sunday (Rest Day)

Location: Chai Chee

The Junior Technician is responsible for the diagnostic, inspect, testing, maintain, troubleshoot, repair and overhaul mechanical systems used in the chiller manufacturing process involved in the design and development of machines, machine components and tools.

Job Descriptions:

• Encompassing sheet metal work, welding, assembly and temperature control set-up
• Evaluate product's performances, reliability and safety
• Delivery of chiller and components
• Generate 2D Engineering and Electrical Drawings using AutoCAD

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• 2-3 years working experience in HVAC / Industrial Chiller
• AutoCAD
• Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence (added value)
