Working side-by-side with Product, Backend, and overseas engineering counterparts, you will help bring cutting-edge language technologies to life, delivering improved user experiences and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model Development: Design, train, and optimize NLP models (e.g., language models, entity recognition, sentiment analysis) using Python and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Algorithm Innovation: Explore and implement state-of-the-art NLP techniques, keeping current with research and best practices in the industry.
• Data Pipeline & Integration: Collaborate with Backend Developers and overseas engineering teams to integrate AI models into production environments, ensuring scalability and performance.
