1. Promote and practice 5 "S" and the QEHS system procedures.
2. Take corrective steps on non-conformities which are reported and to solve the problems which impact the quality and delivery of service and products.
3. To counsel subordinates who violate company rules and regulations.
4. Lead team of men for site works as required.
5. On time delivery.
6. Promote & drive continual improvement programs.
7. Mentor new fitters and give guidance to update others on technological changes in our portfolio
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:
• Supervisory Capacity with Minimum 5 years of Experience in Anchorage Engine works
• Knowledge & Experience of job cards
• Hands-On knowledge and experience in assembly/disassembly of engines
• To oversee packing standards to ensure compliance
• To conduct tool-box meeting with subordinates to disseminate information and instructions
• A diploma in marine engineering with shipyard experience
• Fruitful and Meaningful relationship with our customers
• A good attitude with willingness to learn
