Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing for diesel engines, alternators, and related systems using precision tools.
2. Install and wire electrical components, including sensors, transmitters, and control panels, adhering to schematics (training provided if necessary).
3. Overhaul critical engine components such as oil pumps, water pumps, and cylinder heads, ensuring optimal performance.
4. Align and install systems like radiators, alternators, gearboxes, and piping, maintaining high precision and quality.
5. Conduct generator safety and load tests, diagnose issues using diagnostic tools, and document key parameters.
6. Apply knowledge of hydraulic systems, alternators, and control panels to optimize equipment functionality.
7. Provide general servicing for engines and alternators, contributing to efficient system operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualifications: ITE or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in heavy-duty diesel, automobile mechanics, or marine systems.
• Skills: Proficiency in hydraulic systems, alternator operations, and mechanical alignments.
• Bonus Skills: Exposure to IT-based diagnostics and programmable logic controls.
• Training: Apprenticeship or formal training with a reputable engine-related organization is highly valued.
