• Support the sales department and achieve sales targets by building new client relationships
• Establish and develop new businesses and customer relationships
• Take charge of preparing tender and quotations, attending tender interviews and all other follow-up actions
• Support in contract management including negotiations, consultations and follow up on billing and proposal matters
• Manage Inventory, Passive stocks , Excess stock and Aging stocks – monthly
• Coordinate actively with team members and other departments for tender bidding / quotations
• Engage in sales activities such as sales presentations, attending site surveys and contract negotiation
• Conduct analysis of market data as required and sell new business solutions
• Provide timely reports and status updates on projects

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering
• Prior sales experience in any sector will be a plus
• Comfortable to do business development
• Able to read technical drawings
• Good knowledge in MS Office

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Supervision:

- Plan, supervise, and coordinate mechanical work activities to ensure smooth execution.

2. Installation & Maintenance:

- Oversee the installation, alignment, and maintenance of mechanical equipment, including pumps, valves, compressors, and piping systems.

- Review and verify technical drawings, specifications, and blueprints to ensure accuracy during execution.

3. Safety & Compliance:

- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and MOM regulations on-site.

- Conduct safety briefings, toolbox meetings, and risk assessments for all team members.

4. Quality Assurance:

- Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and client requirements.

- Address and resolve any quality-related issues promptly.

5. Team Management:

- Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to team members.

- Evaluate team performance and recommend improvements or additional training as needed.

6. Reporting & Documentation:

- Prepare and submit daily progress reports, manpower records, and inspection checklists.
