about the job

• Responsible for the day to day equipment maintenance
• Participate in lean and continuous improvement assignment
• Compile monthly production report( Output, Machine UPH and Yield)
• Production planning and allocation of manpower to meet delivery schedule
• Uphold housekeeping standards for employees
• Actively drive/lead continuous improvement activities to improve yield
• Manage equipment servicing contracts with suppliers.
• Ensure that all equipments are operating at optimum UPH and speed

skills & experience required

• Degree / Diploma in mechanical / mechatronics engineering / manufacturing
• Min 5 years of equipment maintenance experience
• Possess good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work in western part of Singapore (Tuas / Pioneer / Boon Lay)

• Supervise and manage day-to-day on-site operations for mechanical and building services projects.
• Lead and coordinate the activities of subcontractors, contractors, and site teams to ensure the timely and successful completion of projects.

• Ensure all work packages meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company quality protocols. Conduct site inspections to verify the quality of work.
• Identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruption to project timelines.
