Job Responsibilities

• To support the construction team for M&E engineering works.
• Planning/scheduling and coordination of M&E works.
• Project coordination, supervision, and monitoring of the progress of site work.
• Coordinate M&E engineering work and work closely with other department staff to resolve site discrepancies and technical issues.
• Oversee and ensure works are carried out in accordance with the approved drawings, materials and method statements.
• Ensure quality work in order to achieve CONQUAS and/or QM requirements
• Liaise with clients, consultants, relevant authorities, and sub-contractors on M&E issues.
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related fields. PE Board recognized degree is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the construction industry for senior role.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit or BIM software.

Job Responsibilities: -

Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on Fire Protection Systems and associated mechanical and electrical equipment

Diagnose and troubleshoot on Fire Protection Systems and associated mechanical and electrical equipment

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Technician to perform technical maintenance and repair operations on marine vessels at Singapore Anchorage, PSA Terminal, shipyards, our workshop, and on overseas assignments when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out mechanical repairs and maintenance on vessels.
• Replace or repair mechanical spare parts as needed.
• Provide technical services, including equipment installation, troubleshooting, and system overhauls.
• Adhere to industry regulations and company procedures to ensure safety and compliance.
• Work independently to organize and complete assigned tasks.
• Prepare detailed service reports and recommendations following company guidelines.

Requirements:

• Preparing and follow up on the Request For Quotations to suppliers/sub-cons in order to ensure tender costing and technical data to be submitted on time
• Taking off Bill of Quantities from the ACMV Drawings, Points of Schedules and
• Architectural drawings
• Collating price comparison, costing summary and technical proposal in order to prepare tender submission
• Studying the addendum and/or corrigendum documents and update costing summary with technical proposal accordingly

Diploma/Degree in any engineering related field

Quantity surveyor experience from M&E construction field

Responsibilities:

• Assist Engineer in coordinating and supervising maintenance and overhauling jobs
• Prepare Job Acceptance on completion of Jobs
• Monitor and update job status daily.
