The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for the engineering and delivery of mechanical and structural aspects of construction under direction from the Construction Manager. Technical

Job Description

• Maintain mechanical equipment, systems and processes to meet requirements, applying knowledge of engineering principles
• Provide technical support to optimise process capability of production line, ensuring smooth and efficient output.
• Assist in Product samples making prior to mass production based on customers specification
• Confer with engineers or other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, or provide technical information
• Hands-on applications are expected

Job Requirements

• Higher Nitec or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Must be able to understand Mechanical Drawings
• Able to design with SolidWorks or similar
• A team player

Job Responsibilities:

• Planning / Assign sub-contractors and manpower for the maintenance work and from project handover
• Supervising & Managing of Sub-contractor to carry maintenance & servicing works
• Plan and schedule Preventive Maintenance
• Perform routine check, system back-ups & restoration, troubleshooting and upgrading / improvement of system to ensure optimal functioning of BMS/DCS/PLC/SCADA System
• Record servicing & maintenance data and generate service report
• Provide Technical / Operational guidance, engineering solution to the Maintenance Site Facility Management
• Others ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronic / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Knowledge on BMS / PLC / HVAC will be a plus point
• Training provided for those without/lesser experience

• Support the sales department and achieve sales targets by building new client relationships
• Establish and develop new businesses and customer relationships
• Take charge of preparing tender and quotations, attending tender interviews and all other follow-up actions
• Support in contract management including negotiations, consultations and follow up on billing and proposal matters
• Manage Inventory, Passive stocks , Excess stock and Aging stocks – monthly
• Coordinate actively with team members and other departments for tender bidding / quotations
• Engage in sales activities such as sales presentations, attending site surveys and contract negotiation
• Conduct analysis of market data as required and sell new business solutions
• Provide timely reports and status updates on projects

job requirement

• Degree/Diploma/Higher NITEC in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering
• Prior sales experience in any sector will be a plus
• Comfortable to do business development
• Able to read technical drawings
• Experience in CNC machining environment will be a big plus
• Good knowledge in MS Office
