About the role:

• The T&C Lead Engineer will assist the T&C Manager in overseeing all testing and commissioning activities of the Contractors, including coordinating related activities that interface with the project.
• The T&C Lead Engineer will help lead the OE’s testing and commissioning team and coordinate with the Resident Site Supervision (RSS) Team, the OE’s design team, and the Contractors. This collaboration will focus on reviewing the development and execution of the Contractors' testing and commissioning plans to ensure the achievement of project milestones for each EPC Contract.
• The T&C Lead Engineer will support the T&C Manager in overseeing all aspects of the Contractors' testing and commissioning activities, including managing interfaces between EPC Package 1 and EPC Package 2. This oversight will encompass the entire process from dry/cold commissioning to hot commissioning, culminating in successfully completing the commissioning process and trial run, including optimization of plant operations with the Contractors and Operations & Maintenance teams.
• The role includes participation in regular T&C Coordination Meetings with the Contractor and/or other Contractors on adjacent sites, which may also include Client representatives.
• The T&C Lead Engineer will handle any other tasks delegated by the T&C Manager as needed.

About you:

• The T&C Lead Engineers shall have at least 5 years of hands-on relevant experience in testing and commissioning (and operation) of large scale solid waste management projects (Waste to Energy - WTE, sludge incineration, materials recovery and food waste treatment), or experience with large scale industrial/process/utilities projects (i.e. waste, water, oil & gas, power) testing and commissioning.

• The T&C Lead Engineer to have a relevant engineering degree or certification.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible to:

• Leading mechanical services design and environmental sustainability design for building projects.
• Assume responsibility and undertake engineering tasks of increasing scope and complexity.
• Carry out site condition assessment, feasibility studies, energy audits and technical due diligence.
• Responsible for analysis of information, production of design, tenders, proposals and technical report writing.
• Assist in coordination of quality assurance and commissioning of designs with other disciplines and other design consultants.
• In charge of jobs control, planning, monitoring, progress and job cost reporting.
• Communicate effectively with the client, sub-consultants, contractors, and other parties relevant to the job.
• Assist in assessment and review of designs prepared by others on behalf of the clients.
• Liaise with authorities on plans submission and compliance.

Pre-Requisites

• Degree in a Mechanical Engineering recognised by Professional Engineers Board, Singapore.
• Minimum 5-7 years relevant working experience in the design & supervision of building service projects and Fire Protection.
• Experience in leading roles for design & design management of residential, commercial, institutional or hotel projects will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with codes of practice, relevant regulations and a working knowledge of authority submission and approval procedures.
• Understanding of energy efficient mechanical systems and equipment with Green Building design experience and knowledge of Green Mark/ LEED is an added advantage.
• Competent user of relevant engineering software and simulation tools.
• Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English.
• Able to work independently & exercise initiative.

CABIN AIRCRAFT TECHNICIAN

• To carry out inspection, repair, work on passenger and crew seats, galleys, toilets, aircraft cabin equipment and all fixtures & fittings items associated with the aircraft cabin interior in accordance with the approved company procedures and as per airworthiness and regulatory requirements.
• To remove and replace aircraft parts relating to the Aircraft Cabin to ensure high standards of maintenance of aircraft cabin and furnishings and to ensure the highest standards of passenger safety and comfort.
• Complete and maintain manuals and technical documents pertaining to the repair and maintenance work carried out on the cabin interior.
• Responsible for the cleanliness and tidiness of the working area.
• Monitor, maintain and control the movements of all spares and materials, to ensure their proper usage and deployment, including the returning to stores of all the un-used spares and materials at the end of each shift.
• To perform cabin configuration changes on fleet as per the operational requirements.
• To ensure cabin safety aspects are maintained during cabin maintenance and pay particular attention to Emergency equipment.

A&C AIRCRAFT TECHNICIAN

• Perform C and D aircraft heavy maintenance tasks as directed by a Certifying Licensed Engineer/Duty Supervisor.
• Perform other tasks that may reasonably be requested by the Licensed Aircraft Engineer/Duty Supervisor.
• To carry out routine aircraft servicing tasks as required in accordance with maintenance manual procedures, observing all safety procedures and manufacturers/company regulations. Depending on the discipline this may include conducting general visual inspections and fluid replenishment system servicing, refuelling etc.To effectively use any specialized tooling or test equipment that may be required as part of the checking, testing, replacement or servicing of a system or component.
• The ability to understand the need for such equipment’s as references in the aircraft manufacturer’s manuals is essential.
• The ability to communicate at various levels, and to coordinate with other areas over technical issues, to ensure that all relevant parties are aware of the aircraft’s serviceability status.
• To ensure the maintenance of tools and equipment in the relevant work place and conducting safe working practices at all times.

• To perform part forming such as skin doubler, stiffener and bracket for structural repair proposes in-accordance to OEM approved manual or drawing.
• To perform basic airframe/cabin task as required to facilitate access removal for structural repair.
• Required excellent tool maintenance and housekeeping practices.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC/Diploma qualifications in Aerospace Engineering/ Aerospace Electronics/ Aerospace Avionics Engineering/ Aeronautical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of Sheetmetal working experience in Aviation industry, excluding OJT/Helper.
• Exposure on wide bodied airframes, Boeing and Airbus commercial aircrafts.
• Familiar on basic structural repair tooling and practices.
• Must be able to work in confine space such as Fuel Tank if needed.
• Capable to interpret OEM Approved Engineering Drawing, Aircraft/Component Maintenance Manual and Structural Repair Manual.
• Able to commit rotating shifts, if applicable.

ENGINE OVERHAUL AIRCRAFT TECHNICIAN

• Perform disassembly/ assembly of engine/ module for repair and overhaul.
• Perform Boroscope inspection
• Install engine components onto the engine/ module.
• Perform troubleshooting, modification and maintenance works

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC/Diploma qualifications in Aerospace Engineering/ Aerospace Electronics/ Aerospace Avionics Engineering/ Aeronautical Engineering.
• At least 2 years of Engine Overhaul working experience in Aviation industry, excluding OJT/Helper.
• Able to commit rotating shifts, if applicable.

GROUND SUPPORT EQUIPMENT OPERATOR

• To carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of the GSE
• To ensure equipment decals are visible. Replace if necessary
• Delivery of GSE to and from hangar
• Carry out inspection of GSE around airport bays
• Repositioning of maintenance steps from bays when required
• To ensure all metal structures of GSE are corrosion free by removal of corroded surface and using of corrosion protection agent
• To lubricate all movable joints

Requirements:

• NITEC in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronic engineering
• Class 3 or 4T preferred
