Job scope

• Preparation and submission of Mechanical tenders, including reviewing technical specifications, cost estimates and project timelines.
• Taking charge on Mechanical QS related matters and responsible from tender to pre-contract and post contract administration duties.
• Prepare tender clarifications, liaise with consultant, attend site visit and tender briefings/meetings.

Requirements

Purpose and Scope

You will provide mechanical maintenance works to support the operations of the Energy from Waste plant.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule corrective and preventive maintenance works. Include liaising with operations, prioritize jobs, mobilize work force, spares and allocate resources
