• Plan, design and administer contract/project of mechanical and electrical engineering works for building service including Schematic / concept and detailed design.
• Preparation of tender drawing/specifications & cost estimates.
• Attend project meetings, site meetings & site inspections.
• Review of shop drawings and technical submissions.
• Contract administration.
• Testing and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently, self-motivated and resourceful.

Salary:

• Commensurate with qualification and experience.
