JOB SCOPE

Job Description

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide support and guidelines as required.
• Conducts timely market reviews and request for price proposal (RFQ) in accordance with internal purchasing rules and guidelines.
• Negotiates quantities, prices, delivery schedule, terms and conditions of delivery and payment/contractual terms.
• Ensure timely PO execution to meet production needs.
• Drives resolution to supply chain issues affecting quality, cost, delivery or lead-time, which may includes engagement with manufacturers/sub-tiers in the supply chain.
• Identifies and realizes cost savings opportunities and execute cost reduction initiatives assigned
• Prepare all relevant weekly, monthly reports
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirement

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Entry level candidate or 2-3 years working experience in semiconductor industry.
• Detailed oriented, Positive attitude, self motivated, target drive.
• Meticulous and strong in numbers.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good understanding of procurement best practices & industry trends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Processes the ability to read, write and communicate in Mandarin with Chinese-speaking vendors and internal Chinese-speaking stakeholders
• Self-starter with good initiative and a team player personality.
• Dynamic individual capable to work under stress and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
