Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project management to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements.
• Planning, organizing, coordinating and communicating aspects of project work activities on site from conception to completion.
• Responsible for ensuring all activities on the project are executed in accordance with contract documents, in compliance with system plans, and work procedures for the Project, and will culminate in a validatable facility.

• Review contractors design documentations provided by contractor’s team for purchased process system / equipment and coordinate with subject matter expert & other design disciplines on process related issues.
• Prevent compliance issues by collaborating with MEP project team; reviewing design data; identifying and resolving engineering design issues; identifying short-term and long-range issues; researching and identifying applicable regulatory and industry compliance standards and codes; developing compliance policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 5 years of project management experience in the Pharmaceutical/BioPharmaceutical sectors would be advantageous.
• PMP Certification would be an added advantage
• Excellent stakeholder management skills

Job Description

• Prepare and review the design of the Mechanical Works, such as piping & equipment drawings, calculation and data sheets
• Involve in daily coordination with internal C&S and BIM team to resolve all the clashes, penetration etc
• Develop the work schedule and coordination of the project works to ensure project is on schedule
• Attend to FAT, supervision of the delivery, installation and testing and commissioning of mechanical works

Requirements

• Min degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in the construction industry. Working experience in water or wastewater industry will be an advantage
• Familiar with Auto CAD, Mechanical, Structure drawings and Microsoft Office
• Experience in design, installation, testing and commissioning of the mechanical works e.g. pipings, pumps etc
