Crewing

• Make performance evaluations of Masters/ Chief Engineers assigned to the vessel under supervision.

• Provide input to the Manning Department on recruitment of Senior Officers for the assigned vessels.

Dry Docking & Repairs

• Plan, manage, monitor and execute vessels repairs, dry dockings and conversions within agreed budgets.

• Arrange and follow up repairs and services.

• Coordinate with the assigned vessels and prepare the dry-docking specification in conjunction with Docking Superintendent, Fleet Services. Submit the specification to yards for quotations, evaluate the received quotations and present them to the Fleet Group Manager and/or Chief Operating Officer for review.

• Manage the overall engagement of the Division with Firmwide risk and control groups as appropriate. This includes CDRR(Technology Risk department) Identity and Access Management, Resiliency, Network Security, entitlements, Cyber, data, ORD(Operational Risk Department) and Internal Audit.
• Manage the engagement with Technology Risk teams and SME in support of agreed controls to monitor and coordinate the implementation and adoption of all applicable processes and tools. Determine the scope and manage the execution of any necessary remediation work to achieve the agreed level of adoption in the Division. For Identity and Access Management, for example, this includes the use of approved provisioning tools, the definition of entitlements models, technology Segregation of Duty tagging, entitlements classification.
• Manage the engagement with Technology Risk to collaborate on the design of new controls or control process for use across Technology. In addition, facilitate the deployment and adoption of new controls and control processes and facilitate the setting of scope for such activity within the Division
• Monitor the completeness and appropriateness of key risk and control related data and raise concerns with data owners and escalate to Divisional management if required. This includes Divisional risk data in the risk register and in the Firm's issue and action plan tracking system (OpenPages), Technology Asset Inventory (TAI) reference data, Technology Access Management (TAM) related roles and Business Continuity data
• Review and approve certain control related reference data in TAI. This includes new assets, new teams and changes to Segregation of Duty tagging

Ensure management awareness and governance around progress on risk responses from across the risk and control agenda through regular reporting to management

What you'll bring to the role:

· Experience in effectively executing IT strategy, delivery and complex initiatives.

· Ability to present information in a clear and concise manner to technology and business leadership.

· Advanced understanding of functional area and competent understanding of competitive environment. At least 8 years' relevant experience in technology risk management in the financial services or other regulated industry would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.

· Familiarity with the Technology risk management framework and control self-assessment process

· Experience of team management / relationship management in a matrix management structure

· Proven leadership skills with excellent track record in delivering high performance

· Experience of risk reporting / dashboard generation / KRIs

Singapore Liquidity Management provides firm wide liquidity support primarily focusing on cash funding and cash management. Liquidity Management has critical focus on intraday liquidity management, agent bank relationship, reporting for central bank and regulators, and strategic firm infrastructure projects.

We're a team of specialists charged with managing the firm’s funding, liquidity, capital and relationships with creditors and regulators. Corporate Treasury manages the firm’s financial resources and minimizes interest expense through liability planning, asset liability management, and liquidity portfolio yield enhancement. The division is ideal for collaborative individuals who have strong quantitative analysis skills and risk management capabilities since Treasury actively manages the firm’s financial resources which are constantly changing due to business activity, markets, risk appetite, regulations, and other factors.

Liquidity Management is the firm’s “central bank” for managing the firm’s overall cash positions. The team works in a time sensitive environment in which accuracy of processing and timely escalation and communication with various Operations teams, Corporate Treasury, and the firm's external Agent Banks is essential to a smooth settlement process. The successful candidate will work in the Liquidity management team to support daily cash funding, new business build-out, and also aggressively drives forward control and efficiency initiatives partnering with our global counterparts.

Responsibilities:

• New product planning:

- Ideation: generate, develop, curate and prioritise ideas.

- Organise and define requirements based on market data and customer insights.

- Analyse industrial trends and do technology assessment.

- Evaluate scientific information to generate concepts for new product innovations; define product features.

- Define product competitive positioning and unique selling proposition (USP).

- Research market prices, create accurate product costing data and propose product pricing.

- Present new product for management’s review.

• New product introduction:

- Technical resource for Marketing, including providing technical brief or info sheet of product.

- Conduct product training as part of professional education to regional trainer/ marketing team and key leaders of salesforce.

• Post-launch product management:

- Reassess industry movement and re-evaluate competitor actions.

- Analyse product performance, profit and loss, and identify actions required.

- Manage incremental improvement for existing products.

- Liaise with contract manufacturers for necessary formula-related matters.

- React to necessary corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) raised by Quality.

• Contribute for and implement standard procedures (in compliance with industrial standards and QMS requirements) for any product development and management activities or as assigned.
• Perform other duties and projects as necessary to meet company goals.

Requirements:

• Degree in Nutrition, Pharmaceutical Science or relevant.
• Preferably with some experience in product development/ management in the dietary supplement and health food industry.
