We would want to speak with you if you are / have –

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, Finance, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience or internships, preferably within the consumer goods industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with business software and tools.

As a Financial Planning Associate on our Management Trainee Path, you will receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience in all aspects of financial planning, including budgeting, investment strategies, risk management, retirement planning, and client advisory. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our agency leaders, participate in cross-departmental projects, and gain exposure to strategic decision-making processes.

The goal is to prepare you for a future leadership position within the company, helping you transition into a managerial role within 18-24 months, depending on your progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquiring clients and providing ongoing service to build and maintain long-term, sustainable relationships.
• Assist in creating financial plans for individuals and businesses, considering their long-term goals, risk tolerance, and financial situation.
• Support clients with risk management, wealth accumulation, retirement and legacy planning.
• Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with the latest financial trends and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

• Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Residence Only.

• Required to take 4x CMFAS Papers: RES5, M9, M9A, Health Ins (HI) (Training will be provided)
