About the Role

As our Strategic Alliance Manager, Southeast Asia, you will be:

• Recruiting and activating partners in line with the regional Partners Strategy and under an engagement model appropriate for the SEA market.
• Developing business through partners to access market opportunities and achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Developing the partners’ skills and product knowledge and ensuring they have what they need to be successful.
• Working with internal Thomson Reuters stakeholders to ensure they provide appropriate support for our partners in South East Asia.
• Build partnership network. Review suitability of existing partners, identify new suitable partners, negotiate and finalise partnership agreements. Strategic thinking, commercial acumen and experience dealing with C Level executives will be required.
• Work with partners to identify opportunities, build and review pipeline and execute on sales opportunities to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Drive sales strategy and planning jointly with partners through strategic relationships, joint account planning and clear go to market approach. Increase partner reach, frequency and yield, as KPIs to achieve revenue and market share goals.
• Orchestrate sales, marketing, operations, learning and support to the partners.
• Build a partner virtual support team within Thomson Reuters business units and support functions across the region. Strong coordination skills as well as leadership skills will be required.
• Develop an effective partner ecosystem to leverage cross sell, up sell, and competitor displacement opportunities. Business development skills, commercial acumen and market knowledge will be required.
• Develop and maintain a robust governance model for partnerships in SEA.
• Leverage resources using your influence and authority across business units, functions, regions, and within and outside of the company.

About You

You’re a fit for our Strategic Alliance Manager, Southeast Asia if you possess the following qualifications and experiences:

• 8+ years of business development and or sales/partnership experience with large enterprise technology companies in SEA
• ERP solution experience is a plus
• Strong executor of strategies within the SEA market to establish effective alliances with identified partners.
• Successful track record of developing new business and leading multiple strategic partnerships. Demonstrated level of success in achieving sales/revenue targets over a significant period of time.

Management:

Staff:

• Projecting a positive image within location; leading a team of bathers, groomers, and front desk personnel in maintaining an atmosphere of cooperative teamwork that emphasizes guest service and satisfaction.
• Developing team service and retail goals and guiding the team in goal achievement.
• Coordinating schedules to maximize usage and efficiency.

Pet care and maintenance: 

• Manage to set guidelines and thorough follow up on pet health care of pets. Standard maintenance of premises including pet stations. Manage feeding and grooming roster.
• Checking equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Ensuring brand standards are kept and the store is always looking (and smelling) it’s best.

Procurement: 

• To help in procurement process of pets including sourcing for suppliers, selection of pets and logistics.
• Inventory products and order new supplies.

Customer service: 

• Maintain and monitor high standards for customer service.
• Maintaining a membership sales culture within the location.
• Responding to customer inquiries or complaints with urgency in a timely manner.

AVA and Authority Guidelines:

•  To ensure all protocols, licensing and compliance of animal care are followed according to Government guidelines.

The Engineer shall plan and install delivery links to send the audio video feeds from the event sites to the designated location(s) by deploying suitable technologies. He is to ensure the feed received at the designated location is of broadcast quality and monitor them throughout the events. The Regional Corporate Planning Manager, Corporate supports the CFO. He/she is mainly responsible for all processes and teams associated with General Finance, Corporate Finance (Planning, Analysis and Treasury), Tax, Reporting and Accounting of FUJIFILM Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd., Fujifilm’s regional headquarters in the Asia Pacific region (“FFAP”).

Responsibilities:

• Assist the CFO in improving the organisation’s performance (including the performance of the organisation’s subsidiaries in the AP region) in terms of sales revenue, operation profit and excellence in operation process.

Summary

As the successful candidate, you will manage the Controlling Solutions team, which aims to facilitate financial and operational reporting for a variety of internal stakeholders via BI tools such as Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC). You will prioritise and coordinate the maintenance and development of compelling performance dashboards and ad-hoc reports, working closely with end-users and relevant IT teams. You play a pivotal part in preparing reporting packages and ad-hoc analysis to upper management. You and your team are highly involved in the Budget and Forecast process. What you'll do
