This position sits within the Regional Business Development Department ("RBDD”) based in Singapore in the Global Corporate and Investment Banking, Asia Pacific. Roles and Responsibilities

• Engage with equity terminals on a regular basis to review operating and financial performances
• Assist to set, monitor terminals' KPIs to understand the performance gaps
• Prepare and present regular updates on the performance of the terminals, its related projects and/or ongoing discussions
• Review terminals’ annual budget including capital expenditure plans and assist to obtain Management approvals
• Review terminals' existing processes for opportunities to improve and implement best practices and work across departments to manage various aspects of termina

• Review current portfolio of terminals to determine consolidation and/or divestment opportunities
• Drive the end-to-end deal execution process (financial modelling, risk assessments, valuation, due diligence, structuring and closing)
• Prepare expression of interest and bid documents where appropriate
• Act as PMO, lead and coordinate in discussions involving teams from regional organization, corporate shared services (Legal, Finance, Tax, etc.) and external consultants
• Draft and review documents such as joint venture agreements, shareholders agreements service agreements and others
• Perform due diligence to confirm validity of information obtained from potential partners or acquisition targets
• Participate in ad-hoc projects

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Science, Engineering or Maritime-related disciplines
• Candidates with CFA Charterholder or in the process of pursuing the CFA preferred

As a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager, he/she is expected to coordinate, develop and implement project plan. He/she has to allocate and manage project resources according to the approved plan.
