Job Description:

Be part of an exciting FAB Team working on cutting-edge advanced packaging process technologies. Partner and work with various teams in IME, to be the lead in FAB inventory management, logistic planning, and its related operations to always enable smooth operations and develop packaging solutions and taking the solutions from concept to production.

Job Responsibilities:

Strategic

• To prepare credit reviews, credit applications, waiver requests, borrower ratings which include recommendations, within due dates, in accordance to the Bank’s internal guidelines and credit appetite. When producing the review or application, sound credit analysis, sensitivity analysis on financial models (to ensure it remain accurate and relevant), and examination of the key points and concerns will have to be clearly articulated so the credit offices can understand the key points.
• To undertake appropriate identification of risks issues, close monitoring of and reporting on the status of the borrower and underlying project conditions, including escalating to appropriate departments where applicable.
• Actively managing the overall risk profile of the borrower, effective obligor or transaction and to recommend changes where necessary to mitigate risks.
• To play an active supporting role on refinancing and potential work-out transactions, where required.

PURPOSE

Support the Head of Pricing in the pricing of life insurance products.

KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES

• Develop actuarial pricing model for new or repriced products.
• Perform pricing financial assessment and sensitivity testing to support the Team in launching competitive products whilst ensuring compliance to internal policies, regulatory requirements and industry guidelines.
• Identify pricing risks and support Team Lead in developing solutions for alignment at the PMC.

• Incident / Accident / Crisis Management & investigation
• Member of TSM Emergency Response Team.
• Conducts investigation and root cause analysis of Incidents, Accidents, and Near Miss & Stopper Cards.

• Assist in coordinating and timely follow up Flag State Inspection, External & Internal ISM, ISPS and MLC Audits as directed.
• Support vessels during Port State Inspections and follow up on prompt closure of noted deficiencies as required.
• Follow up, review, approval and submission of the corrective active plan/report to authorities as required.

HSSEQ

• Assisting Vessels for documenting / conducting Risk Assessments. Evaluation and Monitoring.
• Evaluate & document Off- Hire records (Planned as well as unplanned).
• Stores Supply & Budget Planning.
• Maintain strict cost control of the Annual Operating Budget for each of the assigned vessels.
• Review monthly cost control and approve monthly financial reports before sending to Fleet Group Manager for review.
• Assimilate input from the assigned vessels as well as other relevant departments and prepare each vessel’s Annual Operating Budget.
• Monitor the requisitions generated from the vessel to ensure that they are submitted in a timely manner. Follow up with the Purchasing Department for delivery of ordered items on board.
• Approve invoices for payment.
• Liaise with the Insurance Manager (or Principals) in H&M claims handling. Provide technical input, and cost information, if required, for P&I claims (cargo and crew) and H&M claims.

Crewing

• Make performance evaluations of Masters/ Chief Engineers assigned to the vessel under supervision.
• Provide input to the Manning Department on recruitment of Senior Officers for the assigned vessels.

Dry Docking & Repairs

• Plan, manage, monitor and execute vessels repairs, dry dockings and conversions within agreed budgets.
• Arrange and follow up repairs and services.
• Coordinate with the assigned vessels and prepare the dry-docking specification in conjunction with Docking Superintendent, Fleet Services. Submit the specification to yards for quotations, evaluate the received quotations and present them to the Fleet Group Manager and/or Chief Operating Officer for review.
• Attend the dry-docking, discuss shipyard invoicing before presenting same to the Fleet Group Manager and/or Chief Operating Officer for approval.
• Prepare docking report.

What You Will Do

The Project Manager, Essential Health is responsible for driving growth, profitability, and business continuity initiatives for the Essential Health throughout Asia Pacific. This includes projects related to inter-affiliate supply (cross-region) as well as the in-region extension of projects selected by Asia Pacific Regional Segment for entry into the local market portfolio. The role will play a pivotal part in orchestrating the end-to-end collaboration in support of segment initiatives across value stream, commercial, IMO Leaders, project managers, R&D, Quality and other multi-functional team members. This position is a part of the Essential Health Product Value Stream and Portfolio Management team, and will serve as an enabler to the Consumer business strategy:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams in a matrix environment from project approval through project completion, partnering with the other functions of the Essential Health Supply Chain VSL/PMO team, manufacturing sites (internal & external), Integrated Planning, Strategic Sourcing, Commercial marketing teams, QA.
• Lead for senior management, sponsors and cross-functional partners for assigned inter/intra-regional projects.
• Lead project risk assessment/management that incorporate for all global and regional project risks in all stages of SPEED (Smart Project Execution & Delivery).
• Work with cross-functional team members to assess feasibility of project scope, FPO (Final Project Objectives), investment and resources, develop detailed project timeline and manage the activities for successful execution of projects.
• Identify and communicate "trigger events" (change in project scope) to senior leaders, providing recommended path forward and applicable alternatives.
• Pro-actively provide alternative analysis to identify acceleration opportunities or opportunities to strengthen the business proposition, taking into account the end-to-end business impact across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, including short term and long term.
• Provide strategic leadership to project team, articulating the global plan, requiring a high-level understanding of what is needed to develop regionally and globally.
• Will work closely with key Franchise leads to ensure global project objectives and key milestones are achieved.
• Leadership of regular Core Team meetings, maintains effective communication and working relationships among project core team.
• Participation in regional project team meetings as appropriate.
• Provide coaching and capability building support to the new/junior project manager and the core team members as necessary.
• Pro-actively identify risk to the project execution at the early stage. Lead the development of the mitigation action to secure project's commitment, while protecting the business and supply chain impact. Provide necessary escalation in a timely manner, with options, end-to-end impact, and recommendation to senior leaders.
• Ensure adherence to the standard governance framework. Prepare and present project progress and escalation to ensure all key stakeholders are informed on the necessity in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any field of studies
• Minimum of 8 years of business/work experience required with cross functional experience, for example, but not limited to R&D, Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing or Finance preferred
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams is preferred
• Experience in a matrix team environment preferred
• Experience working in a GMP and/or ISO regulated environment preferred
• Knowledge of New Product Development and Life Cycle Management preferred
