As a Middle Office Support Associate within Wealth Management Operations, you will represent Operations and collaborate with our front office partners in meeting the needs of our clients. You are also required to continuously improve the processes and controls through effective partnership with front office, control partners and other operation teams to enable the bank to scale in a controlled manner.

Job responsibilities:

• Support the business on all operational matters and resolve it by partnering with the right

• Take ownership of the issues and exceptions and bring them to a logical conclusion.

• Ensure controls are executed in a timely and accurate manner.

• Use metrics to measure the performance of service providers.

• Analyze data and trends to identify process weakness and gaps in controls.

• Drive process improvement / automation initiatives and efficiency opportunities with the respective Ops teams.

• Identify opportunities to automate process via Intelligent Automation tools.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• At least 8 years of working experience and 4 years of operations experience with knowledge across product and process within Private Bank

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance or other relevant disciplines

• Must be highly disciplined, a self-starter, and can execute on assignments independently

• Strong ownership with ability to operate in a flexible, dynamic environment where creative and strategic thinking are also required in driving solution, initiatives, and projects

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex operational issues

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders (partnership mindset)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Knowledge of Temenos will be an added advantage.

• Knowledge of Tableau and Alteryx CORE certification is a plus.

• Client facing experience is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, development, and debugging of IAM software solutions, ensuring high-quality code and optimized performance.

• Work with business analysts and product teams to translate software requirements into stable, scalable, and high-performance solutions.

• Ensure all software packages are well-documented and have adequate test coverage for quality assurance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including internal technical teams, business users, and stakeholders, to investigate, test, and deploy software solutions.

• Handle release management processes, raise change requests, and schedule implementations of fixes and enhancements to IAM systems.

• Oversee deployment and implementation activities, ensuring smooth transitions from development to production environments.

• Analyze application performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize systems to ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability.

• Implement and maintain DevOps best practices, focusing on automation, continuous integration, and continuous delivery pipelines.

• Utilize cloud platforms like AWS, PCF, OCP, and HSM to deploy and enhance IAM solutions.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in software development, with a focus on backend technologies such as Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC.

• Strong expertise in Identity Access Management (IAM) software and solutions, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.

• Solid understanding of DevOps methodologies and hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline tools and processes.

• Experience in working with cloud platforms such as AWS, PCF, OCP, and HSM is highly desirable.

• Deliver exceptional customer service support through email and phone interactions.
• Respond to customer inquiries efficiently and escalate issues promptly when necessary.
• Manage and process customer sales orders accurately and promptly.
• Allocate stock and coordinate delivery arrangements for customer orders.

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Preferably experience in SAP
• Previous experience in a customer service role, sales order processing.
