YOUR ROLE
This is a unique opportunity for a growth specialist to develop within a VC-backed startup that aims to become the next global consumer goods giant. As a Brand Manager / Senior Brand Manager, you will be in charge of scaling one of the largest brands in our portfolio to become a regional and global champion. All while working closely with the founding team.
Key responsibilities include:
[40%] – Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Strategize and manage cross-channel marketing efforts across paid social, paid search, email, offline etc.
- Getting your hands dirty to execute key marketing levers. This includes creating ads (statics), writing ad scripts (videos), crafting email campaigns, writing website copy etc.
[40%] – P&L Management and Brand Strategy
- Managing the P&L of the brand across multiple channels and regions
- Collaborate with Una Brands leadership team to formulate brand strategy and initiatives to scale your brand (incl. channel expansion, pricing etc.)
- Analyse brand data (financials, ad performance, website performance etc.) to develop strategies to increase conversions / sales / margins
- Proactively catch issues before they become problems and understand everything about the ecosystem in which your products are selling (e.g., competitor landscape, industry landscape, marketplace rule changes).
[20%] - Others
- Project manage and collaborate with other functions to ensure successful execution of new initiatives and BAU operations (e.g. assisting Operations with inventory planning, deconflicting promotions with Corporate Sales etc.).
- Reporting of results to key stakeholders, which includes the preparation and presentation of reports
YOUR PROFILE
Requirements:
- Have 1-3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, consulting, marketing, or an analytical function preferably at a fast-paced startup
- Experience with Facebook ads, including creation of ads (using Figma or Canva)
- Outstanding organizational and project management skills coordinating across multiple departments
- Strong ownership and entrepreneurial drive. A self-starter that takes initiative, is comfortable with ambiguity and is willing to get hands dirty, and a fast learner
- Demonstrates high quality judgement and decision-making, end-to-end thinking, as well as strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, exuding credibility, maturity, and empathy
Advantageous:
- Managed or even built your own e-commerce business / brand
- Created content (videos, images) regularly either in a personal or work capacity, and seen good results (conversions, engagement, views etc.)
