During your 18-month F&B Management Trainee Program, you will...

General Responsibilities:
· Manage a team of promoters and fulfil part time hiring needs
· Execute and manage day to day in store activities
· Manage promoter deployment / call cycle development ensure planned deployment compliance
· Monitoring the teams’ current activities daily / weekly and take appropriate action to remove barriers to successful execution
· Direct coordination with Client and provide support on operations matters
· Support managers and manage / monitor targets & KPI
· Regularly review program performance and develop a performance management plan when necessary
· Perform mystery checks and support in-store coaching
